I have it and am enjoying it.  I play it daily, I am pretty fat so this is good. haha I have played DDR in the past so I was glad it finally came to the wii.  The new hand movements are pretty cool I like those, I hate the item arrows though.  Not my bag of chips, I don't need it to be that complicated.  I am also not sure I like the tracks, there are some good ones, but not that much.

Other than that, it rocks.  The Dance pad seems to be pretty good too.

I'm still getting used to the hand markers and I hate the gimmicks in the game but other than that I really like the game. The soundtrack for the most part is pretty damn good and fun to dance to.

I got it, and one of my dormmates got it too. He comes down to my room to play it since he sent his Wii in for repairs. He's turned off the extra features, sdo we haven't tried hand gimmicks yet at all. On the other hand, between him, me, and my roommate, we have 3 pads! 2 Wii DDR pads and my roomie's mario revolution pad. We've been playing at these past couple nights and BOY have I gotten rusty! I can barely do 5 steps, so I gotta get back to form because I want to finally tackle some six step songs. Yeah... I sorta suck...

As for the songs, the selection isn't mindblowingly awesome, but there are some neat ones there. Sometimes though I just wish they rereleased the original songs from mixes 1-4, because those are the ones that simply rocked my world.

Donkey Konga wasn't BAD! Just... the song list didn't have a lot of addictive depth.

You know, something about the gimmicks.... How do you shut those stupid things off and actually get them to _stay off_, cause I have to shut them off everytime I go to play career mode again.

I'd like to get this, and Wii Fit, at some point, because I'm trying to lose weight and I figure they might help. But I don't have a lot of cash, and there are so many games that I want to get first: Bioshock, MP3, LOZ:PH, SMG....
