I'd say if it's announced, then it counts - but that could be just because it's in my favor.  What say you, TJ?

Depends how much longer after it happened. I.e. if they announce it and it doesn't happen for another year, it's not really fair.

I say if they announce it within the timeframe of the bet, then they have 90 days (or 3 full months*) to implement it or it voids the extension.


*if the announcement happened on Aug 27th, then they have either 90 days or till Nov 27th (3 full months) to make it so.

I'd say if they only announce it in the six months, then I get three additional months from the date of the announcement or the full six months, whichever's longer.

Honestly, if it's going to happen, I'd say it's going to happen when we get NNID/MiiVerse on 3DS.  And we all know how long that's taking.

No, because they have upto 6 months to announce it. and then upto an additional 90 days to implement it.

If the announcement happened less than 90 days from the original end of the bet, they have a upto 90 day limit to implement it.
if they announce it more than 90 days from the original end of the bet, then the 90 day extension does not apply.
