Topic: E3 2004 DVD!!!

hey i havnt been here in a loong time! whats up everyone. for those who dont know me im trey, i havt been in here for about a year. well anyway, i think you guys should really make a DVD this year! i loved the 2002 one. i think it would be great if u could do anouther one. do you have any plans to make one?

In 2002 the PGC representives at E3 made a DVD with footage of all the intersting things there. I can't remember how they were obtained, I think they were sold at the store or something. It was pretty popular, but one wasn't made last year.

You can still order the DVD, but it's a much better deal to order a t-shirt and get the DVD for free.

Unfortunately, we are not producing a DVD this year.  Everyone wants to have one, but it's difficult to pull together the kind of insane effort needed to pull one off in a timely manner.  We also do not have anyone on the staff who can edit the video together like Adam did for us in 2002.  However, producing another DVD in the future is a personal goal of mine for the site, and I will be planning on one for 2005.  I hope it can come together.  The 2002 edition brings back so many memories and is so much fun to watch, even today.  I know you all want more DVDs, but you can't imagine the work involved.  It was out of the question last year, with Billy leaving and me gone for the whole summer, and this year we have been preoccupied with all the nasty technical problems over Christmas break.  Right now I want to concentrate on bringing the site back up to its former quality and beyond, and once I feel comfortable about that, when we are delivering the best Nintendo coverage in the world once more, I want to get serious about another DVD.  I think we can do it by 2005.

I still love watching the 2002 dvd as well.  Its the first E3 dvd I bought for any site.
