I hope that works, ive never posted an image before. Anyways i knew i didnt have a chance at winning so i kinda just stopped half way. Thats why its not colored and some parts are particullarly bad(i mean worse then the other bad parts). Im not much of an artist...

It was probably disqualified because the rules said game, not scene.

That's the point, it's totaly random and samus surely wouldn't do that. At first he was only suposed to have her eat corn but then we came up with weird ideas, he was supposed to add xmas elf shoes. But anyway we tought it was funny, hehe.

Our latest and greatest contest asks that you send in artwork of Samus performing acts completely out of sync with her usual persona - driving to work, paying taxes, anything!

It was meant to be a scene, not game.

I'm kinda disappointed in the choices for the winners. Yeah, they look good but not much thought put into it. Kinda easy to just stick a guitar on samus. Oh well. next time I'll win.

i think you should add a dialoge bubble for Samus. Something along the lines of " .... *sigh* Why doesn't the ship tell me I left my lights on ....."

Ahhh KDR, good eye. I seem to have made a mistake. I mistakenly put it in vertical orientation instead of horizontal. Guess I got my games mixed up.

I guess now's as good a time as ever (now that they FINALLY fixed the forums). I had really high expectations of winning, but I guess it wasn't good enough. *sigh* ah well. I do think the top entry is the best one, though.

Lots of good stuff. I feel the winners were picked based on artistic merit (which I guess is somewhat fair), but I did like the package one. The plumber one had a good style and a mediocre idea behind it.
Infernal should have easily won for funny.

My idea, though uncompleted, was Samus being motherly and breast-feeding a Metroid, with disastrous results. Anyway, I wasn't sure how to depict breast-feeding (how would she do that with the suit?) so I just let it go.
