I know the Futurama game wasn't released on the Cube here in the states, but I remember some talk about it being released for the Cube in Europe. Any PAL gamers know for sure, and if you do, any idea how I can get my mitts on a copy?

You sure can't, there was a big confusionorama around the time of release, First it was going to be only on GCN in PAL, then It wasn't getting a PAL release on any system, now it's just PS2 and Xblox.

It's cool because Futurama features a number of episodes with Donkey Kong.
"Hey guys, so like, Futurama. Should we release it on GameCube as well?"
"No, Nintendo fans don't like games"
"But si-"
"GET ME SOME WIZZ FIZZ"
I'd pick this up for PS2 if it wasn't still $89.95-$99.95. >___>

Yeah I've got it, it's not that great, also the sewer level with fry is really long and hard and I gave up before beating it, I should go back to it one day.

No official fifth season.
When Futurama aired on fox, they preempted the fourth season so much, all the S4 episodes that didn't air, aired the next year in "season five", which was basically just the second half of season 4 and a few preempted Season 3 episodes. Everything was put into correct order when they went to DVD.
So there were only four production seasons. Once you get Volume 4, that's it.
