The game, which hasn't been officially confirmed for Wii or DS, will be developed by Beenox Studios, who worked on Guitar Hero: Smash Hits and the Wii version of Quantum of Solace. The universe in the game will be new to the world of video games, and there will be two new villains that will be unveiled at the panel.
Marvel comic book writer Dan Slott will be penning the story, and Christopher Daniel Barnes, the voice of Spider-Man in the mid-1990s cartoon show, will voice the main character. The two will be appearing at the panel along with Beenox's Creative Director Thomas Wilson, and Activision Senior Producer Meghan Morgan.
See below for the full panel details.

I'm hoping that it was just was a shot of Carnage himself & neither a Spider-Carnage or Zombie Spidey. Wouldn't consider either a hero anyway seeing as both eat people...
Id always wanted to see a Marvel Version of Batman and a DC version of Spiderman for shits and giggles.Probably as close as you'll get.... (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Just_Imagine...#Batman)

The hint for the last Spiderman looks like he's a monster or something. Could it be a symbiote Spiderman? Venom or Carnage Spiderman?

Activision has announced that actor Neil Patrick Harris will be reprising his role of Spidey as he voices Amazing Spider-Man in the upcoming Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions. The actor joins Josh Keaton,Christopher Daniel Barnes, and Dan Gilvezan, actors who will be voicing the other versions of the wallcrawler--Ultimate, Noir, and 2099.http://gameinformer.com/b/news/archive/2010/07/23/neil-patrick-harris-voicing-amazing-spider-man-in-shattered-dimensions.aspx?CommentPosted=true#commentmessage
Superfans might recognize those names, but here's the deal for everyone else. Harris played Spider-Man in 2003's Spider-Man: The New Animated Series; Keaton voiced the character in 2008's The Spectacular Spider-Man; Barnes took on the role in 1994's animated Spider-Man; and Gilvezan was Spidey in 1981's Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends. In addition to those actors, Marvel legend (and Spider-Man creator) Stan Lee will be providing the voice of the game's narrator.
It's pretty cool that Activision has gathered together all these actors, no matter how relatively obscure some of them might be. I wonder if 2099 Spidey will almost have his secret lair (and secret identity) blown by Aunt May when she dusts his trophy collection. Probably not.
