After how much praise Blaster Master got on RFN back when it came out on Wii VC years ago (episodes I've re-listened to fairly recently), having it portable will probably be enough to get me to finally bite on it.

Blaster Master is a fine, but Ufouria is definitely the better game. I only got around to playing it on Wii, but it's already one of my favourite NES games.

Ufouria is the more accessible game of the two games.  Despite being an NES game it's not very difficult so anyone should be able to enjoy it.  Blaster Master on the other hand is pretty much hardcore only, and I mean NES style hardcore difficulty here.

One interesting thing about Ufouria is if I'm not mistaken the price is lower than Wii VC-no import fee. I recently picked it up on Japanese 3DS VC, but I'll still upgrade it here.
