Worry about the DDT, because once that hits, that's when the snake comes out.

The Switch picks up two major games this week on the North American bent, and we have three reviews for them. Longtime friend of the site Justin Nation and yours truly tackled GameStop-exclusive retail release Has-Been Heroes, while Casey slithered through Snake Pass at a rapid rate. Might want to watch for the rumble on the latter, though Sumo Digital is cranking through a patch for it.

The retro front sees the original Metal Slug drop on the Switch in this week's Arcade Archives release, while the Wii U looks to launch a new streak of releases with the Wii re-issue of secret best GameCube competitive multiplayer game Pikmin 2.

Europe has to wait a week for the Heroes, but does get Snake Pass and Metal Slug. Also, in loving memory of the soon-to-be-defunct DSiWare shop (rest in pieces, or on your 3DS) one of the shop's shining lights hits 3DS in Europe with Go! Go! Kokopolo 3D.

Talkback

I have been looking forward to Super Destronaut 3D, even though it only seems to be a 3D version of the original game. I really like the sequel on Wii U, but I haven't played the original before, so its ok.

Judging by the headline, someone is a wrestling fan! :)

Well, there is a Takeover this weekend among other huge (hyuge) shows.
