Will these ever exist and come to Wii U?

Namco Bandai has filed for three different "Tales of" trademarks in Japan, according to the website, Hachima Kiko.

The three trademarks, Tales of Zestoria, Tales of Creales and Tales of Catastora all represent possible new entries in the Tales series. The last entry in the series to show up on a Nintendo platform was the 3DS remake of Tales of the Abyss.

Namco has yet to show interest in bringing the Tales series to any of the next generation consoles. One or all of these trademarks may be the entry in the series to now make the jump. However, as some of Namco's previous "Tales of" trademarks never resulted in anything, there is no promise that these will even result in a game.

PS3, PS3 and mobile is my guess.

I don't have alot of hope myself, but I love the series and really want another entry on a Nintendo platform.

We can only wish that these will appear on Nintendo systems. I think a 3DS game is much more probable than a Wii U one, though. Wii U isn't doing very well and developers don't want to take risks on it.

It'll be a PS3 game. No doubt about it. Might also be a Vita game. But most likely a PS3 game. There will never be a Wii U Tales game, and if there ended up being another 3DS one, it'll just be a bad, lazy port of an older game.

PS3 exclusive pretty much guaranteed.  Namco really does need to start considering worldwide markets when making platform decisions though, as every PlayStation Tales has bombed hard outside Japan while the Nintendo and Xbox Tales have all done reasonably well.  There's no good reason stuff like Xillia or Graces f shouldn't have been multiplatform.

Except, of course, the Wii tanking in the last few years of its life, and the Wii U tanking before it even started to live.

Namco-Bandai is considering worldwide markets when making their platform decisions. That's why they've gone with a popular platform worldwide like the PS3 instead of the Wii U.

Only they're not since Graces F on the PS3 sold worse in the West then Vesperia and Symphonia 2 on the 360 and Wii did.  All Tales decisions are 100% based on Japanese sales because that's where the majority of the fanbase is.  If Namco truly cared about worldwide appeal they would have ported Legendia and Abyss to the Gamecube after Symphonia huge western success.  But they didn't because the PS2 version of Symphonia outsold the Gamecube version in Japan.  Just like they don't care to port the newest games to the 360 for a worldwide release because the PS3 version of Vesperia outsold the 360 version in Japan as well.

I think we'll eventually see a Tales on WiiU.  Just because they don't have plans for one right now doesn't mean it will never come.  If it DOES come, though, it'll probably about halfway into the WiiU's cycle, when the system starts doing better.  And Namco IS working with Nintendo on SSB4, so it's not entirely implausible.

Were that really the case then why does PS Vita keep getting exclusive Tales remakes?

Also, I don't think you're really aware just how badly Tales has sold on PS systems outside Japan.  Graces f for example sold about a third what Vesperia or Symphonia DOTNW did in the US.  In fact no Tales game on PS1, PS2, PS3 or PSP has ever sold over 100,000 in the US.  Even the super late, super buggy GBA port of Phantasia managed to do that.  The fact of the matter is, while PS3 might be a healthy platform worldwide, it's just not a healthy platform for Tales in the west.  Maybe Namco will get the memo once Xillia and Symphonia Chronicles also fail overseas.
