So go on and set up your accounts!

Nintendo TVii is live now in North America.

The Wii U service, which combines information from multiple sources, including live TV listings and content from streaming services such as Hulu Plus and Amazon Instant Video, was revealed to be launching today earlier in the week.

It will be expanded early next year to include Netflix streaming and integration with TiVo digital video recorders.

I will try it when I get home. Who has it? What's it like?

A lot of people is mad, because they though that you could watch live TV on the WiiU without the cable receiver.
Im not mad because i don't have cable or watch tv.

Im so excited to get home and try this!  6pm can't come soon enough! Too bad it wasn't available this morning before I left!

Not having cable or satellite, I'm impressed it has broadcast tv integration. Still bummed Netflix isn't part of it yet.

This service is fail and DOA...

Went to search for Community, and it couldn't be found. :P

Yeah so this sucks.  The UI is terrible, it just launches the Hulu/Amazon apps instead of playing directly.  They need to work on making this a better service.

I have Comcast and DirectTV service, yet it doesn't pick them up. Does that mean I have to have the cable/satellite box set up on the same TV? Meaning I can't have it set up on another TV? Meaning TVii is useless to me then.

It only controls cable boxes; it can't magically stream -- there's no cable input on the Wii U.

This is the future. I'm live blogging screen caps of Person of Interest. I know the next time Gonzaga plays ball. I can rent Vertigo from Amazon for $1.99!

It's a bust for me. It doesn't recognize my Zip/Postal Code.

Canada!

I can't even get it to load entirely (stuck on loading circle on the gamepad) even though I have no TV service of any kind, so it's not like I will get anything about it.
