Directors Keiichi Yano (Elite Beat Agents) and Goichi Suda (Killer 7) will storm Game Developers Conference 2007.
Today the fine folks behind Game Developers Conference 2007 revealed the latest additions to its list of sessions—two of which should be of interest to Nintendo fans.
Keiichi Yano, the loveable co-founder of iNiS, will be discussing the transition from import cult classic Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan! to one of last year's best games, Elite Beat Agents. Titled "From 'Ouendan!' to 'HELP!': Inside the Elite Beat Agents", Mr. Yano will discuss the localization choices made for EBA, as well its game design.
Those who dug the unconventional antics of Kiler 7 should also know that the game's director/writer, Goichi Suda, will also be presenting at GDC. Critical of stagnation within the industry, Suda will present his company's approach to generating fresh gameplay and intellectual property in "Punk's Not Dead". There's a good chance new tidbits about his upcoming Wii game, No More Heroes, too!
