I did what PartyBear did, clicked the forums non stop hoping they would magically reappear. I also frequented the NWR facebook group in hopes that people would start topics there, but that didn't really happen.

I was considering killing myself tonight if the forums didn't come back but it looks like they came back just in time. Now to adjust to the new forums before I go insane...

Geometry Wars wasn't among the inspirations but I guess the unit counts are closer to GW's enemy numbers than anything else.
