I saw one that might offend someone else but doesn't really bother me (even though it should).

the one with the characters in white robes burning a cross in front of the window of the black characters house.

something about that one tells me someone might get offended, but I'm not sure what it is.....

If I can't do it in paint, then I'm pretty much out of luck (although I did throw the one animated .gif together using paint and some crappy gif animator program I downloaded for free).. Yeah, the "You Need a Heart to Live" one is a classic. (Yey Valentines day Itchy & Scratchy!) The SMB3 screencap with the tooth-filled sun made me laugh pretty hard, so did the crying babies, ice cream pr0n and MULTIBALL.

It's a picture taken from the security camera in the lunchroom in the high school in Columbine, CO taken on April 20, 1999 (IIRC).
