Interesting, I'm 100% sure it's spelled Shiek in my version of SSBM (probably because germans pronounce ei and ie differently). But then again TYP said the US SSBM is the primary reference for spelling 'round here and Helirin has to be called "Heririn" on these boards...

pronounced the same so they should be structured the same would make sense, but then there's the "rule" I-before-E-except-after-C

Well, was it "shiiku", "sheiku" or "shaiku" in the japanese version? A german would pronounce "sheik" with ai, a japanese would pronounce it with ei and an american would say ii.

I'm thinking of replacing my avatar with one of these. Not exactly tranny characters but I think the one in the Kohaku costume is a man (pretty sure the one in the Mahoro costume is) and Kohaku is a videogame character so I'd have a crossdresser AND a videogame character.
