All I know is, DQ was the worst gaming experience I ever had and is responsible for me skipping over pretty much all RPGs except Mario RPG which destroyed my phobia of RPGs.

I stopped loving Sega around the time they decided to not publish Shenmue 2 in America.
(Outside of Sonic handheld games for GBA I haven't owned a Sega game since the DC days).

Ah . . . well Naruto isn't really abstract. It's quite straight forward actually though it does have a lot of great plot twists and such.
It's long though so it's easy to get lost in it if you don't start from the beginning.
