NWR Feedback / Missing swear words
« on: May 14, 2006, 09:40:03 AM »
So i notice you guys have a swear word sensor thing. I don't mind, it keeps things civil but sometimes I forget and let a bad word into my post. It normally get's blocked.

But jsut then I called ThePerm a dickhead and it went right though. So can we use this thread to help you identify bad words so you can add them to the filter?

It's safe to say they'll use the extra storage to use less compressed music sound and textures.

News just in: Everyone hates PSP.

How will this game play without the joystick? Flying is pretty much going to be a non-event now.

I'm seeing confirmation that Mario Galaxy will be the best game of all time here. Is anyone else seeing this?

Yeah Smash Brother is right. I mean we're all excited but Nintendo need to turn this excitement into a 30 second tv ad to somehow convince the rest of the population out there to be excited too.

I was gunna say Fire Emblem but I'm worried the game might feature children or people with blue hair.

It's incredible to just see Moore speaking frankly for a change. Normally he's babbling incoherent crap but now he's speaking rationally.

How did I allude that Ashley was hot? I would miss her as a character but I think I will get over this because the new guy from Hotel Dusk might be hot underneath that pencil lead.

Really though Snake should only be the start of the floodgates. You can just have one sole 3rd party character. Need 20 more now. Sonic, Lara Croft, Sam Fisher, Mega Man, Jill Valentine, Crash, Spyro etc. all need to be in there now.

I groaned when I learnt that Disaster was set in America too. There are other countries you know! How about the game was set in Dacca, Bangledesh? Or Montevideo, Uruguy. Take that cool art and put it into a cool setting.

This is as bad as the whole Freedom Fighters debacle.

Is because Nintendo are gutless

According to Nintendo, players get to be one of Project H.A.M.M.E.R.'s cyborgs. They will be charged with no less than saving the world from killer robots that are terrorizing America.

Nintendo need to be more controversial. How about we take control of terrorists who are saving Damascus from American cyborgs that are terrorising the world?

I like my idea much better. Don't Americans play games that aren't set in America or something?

I recall an interview with HAL Labs where they said they were completely caught off gaurd by Iwata's comments and development started that day. First design feature: online.

Last time Iwata phoned me up I asked him about it and he just said "lol i didn't even know what games we were making so I just said off the first one that came to my head."

if you notice Wii's page at Nintendo's site. They don't call the game "games" it's "software." It's like they're creating a multimedia device.
