Personally it reminded me of that Pixar logo with the lamp bouncing down the I in Pixar.

Or the Lite is now in greater supply that they don't need to substitute the original DS when out buying.

"Kid 1 (thinking it over for a second): It's yellow of course... why... what color is your wii?!"

Hahah, if this name sticks, I really hope they have a yellow color.  That would just top the cake.

We can abbreviate it still.  It can be called the N-Dub.  A lot less offensive and cool sounding as well.

It was the most fun multiplayer game I've ever played on the cube.  How Nintendo acheived making a cooperative competitive adventure game still astonishes me, especially when it is just plain fun.

Just remember, not every EA teams talks to each other before making statements. The "lack of HD" comment was by an X360 team who probably has never been to Canada or certainly does not talk to the teams in Canada.  LOTR for X360 man is not excited about Rev, this dedicated team is excited.

Remember, this is probably Disney talking and telling them what to make at first.  I'm sure we'll see new games once these are out...with Disney characters attached.

I think we can all assume that Zelda Revolution will be made, even if they haven't announced it yet.  Maybe even two of them.

He probably found out that Nintendo and Sega are going to put 60% of their back catalog preinstalled onto the Revolution when it ships.  I can see why he's excited now. :P

I hope not.  I don't want a North American launch first with virtually no games because all the GOOD developers are Japanese and thus aiming for the Japan launch.

Do you actually READ what people say, or do you just stop where you feel like it?  It's funny that you actually quoted the entire sentence and yet completely ignored anything after "DS".

A Snap 2 would be neat if they implement it right.  Free roaming and exploring would be ideal.  An upgrade-type system where the better the pics you take, the more money you get for them and the more money you get, the better equipment you can buy to take better pics of pokemon so you get more money...and so on.  I would buy that...or at least play it a lot if someone bought it for me.

By new model I hope you mean DS 2 or something like that.  Because is really a revision of the same model rather than a new model.

Nintendo Gaming / RE: One of your most anticipated E3s?
« on: April 24, 2006, 01:48:06 PM »
No, I think 01 was definitely more exciting.  I got in big trouble at work for not working and only refreshing this website almost all day.  I had been excited about it for weeks and could barely contain myself on the day of Nin's press event.  This year is exciting, but not as much as then.  I think it'll be great, maybe even a greater unveiling than the GC's games, but I'm not anticipating it as much.

I expect to see the footage posted up somewhere for dl at some point soon after it happens.  It always seems to go that way.  We'll just have to sit here and wait for someone to tell us what's happening without seeing it first though.

We will see how true that is when Table Tennis is a million seller for 360.

You mean they weren't talking about Mortal Kombat DS?

Anyways, there is also Phoenix Wright(lawyer drama adventure game) if you can find it and Trauma Center: Under the Knife(surgery adventure game).  Both are great games.

Just remember though, FFXII will most likely sell more than either AC or BT worldwide, despite the amazing Japanese sales.  It'll be up with FFX without around 5-6 million worldwide.

Though I'd be pleasantly suprised if I'm wrong.

The only reason the GBA is not beating the PS2 is because of the DS.  Brain Age should start changing things and so should New SMB.  With the demise of the UMD movie, PSP should start to (extremely) slowly drop off in sales.  Unfortunately, PSP is selling on image alone since image is really what sells in the US.

Edit: No I'm wrong, the DS Lite will be the thing to change things.  It'll change the image of the DS and sales will boom.
