I really hope that Nintendo's set to blow me away with Wii U at this press conference, because my anticipation for it right now couldn't be any lower and this E3 has been largely a bust so far. The Ubisoft press conference was surprisingly excellent, but at this point saying that Nintendo will "win" E3 with their press conference is an extremely low bar to hit. Given that, IMO, "succeeding through low expectations" pretty much sums up the Wii years, I want Nintendo to really just hit it out of the park today. Hell, maybe they can even give me a reason to want a 3DS despite the migranes that display gives me.You can turn off the 3D. My guess is it'll be a whole lot less strain for you. Though I'm guessing you knew that too so I have no idea why I said this.
Rayman Legends looks pretty. It's one of the best looking games on the show simply because of its art direction. When the leaked trailer came out a few weeks ago, I was hyped just because it looked amazing. However, I'm not sure I would find it fun since the enjoyment seems to be from its multiplayer aspect and gathering that many people to play Rayman doesn't seem like it's going to happen terribly often.I finally got around to watching the Ubi presser and it looks like it is New Super Rayman Bros Wii U really. The one character even turned into bubble form when he died a la NSMBWii.

Last of Us looked good. I hope the escort AI is as good as it looks.I agree. I was scared she was going to be Ashley for a bit when he had to wait for a few seconds for her to climb up a ledge. She redeemed herself in the fight against the baddies but I'm still concerned that she may drag the game out in the platforming areas.
BEYOND (btw, I'm sure the IGN audience loved that) looks amazing graphically, but I'm still waiting for actual user interaction to show up. And for all David Cage's bluster about the greatness of Ellen Paige, she sure hasn't had to do anything in this trailer.Pretty sure she did motion caption for this as well.
EDIT: So David Cage's big plan was to show the boring stuff as the demo, and put all the cool-looking stuff in the sizzle reel? Eh...
