Jesus christ, Samus wasn't even a character before, at least we have something now. Plus, what I've played she seems cool enough, though we only really know about her your past, nothing about how she is now.

I'm talking about people like DAaaMan64 and Sundoulos. I didn't think they were reviewers.

I live right around NOA, so I have ways to get games early.

I just watched a couple of hours of this. This game freakin' awesome. holy crap

Yeah, I have to admit that I finally allowed myself to watch some gameplay footage of this game over the last couple days, which led to me reluctantly putting down a pre-order for the game despite my issues with it.  I'm just in the mood for that kind of game at this moment, and I'm finding Shadow Complex not up to the task.

I just played the same 2 hours I watched, and it was still fuckin' awesome.

hahaha the average Wii game size is at most 1 gig. Friggin' WiiSports is like 330 MBs and there are many more like that.

Trust me, I rip all my games to HD.

I imported New Play Control Pikmin 2 from the UK, but I don't think I ever got around to playing it. I should go do that to confirm Gecko OS works right for European games. The thing is, though, last time I checked you couldn't install the Homebrew Channel on the current firmware.

Oh my gawd!!! DUHH why didn't I get Pikmin 2 sooner!

I'm not ashamed of it. I'm surprised you didn't know considering your post count. Where ya been?

Jesus nearly 10,000 posts in a year!? @_@ I don't think any of our veterans are over 20k...

Your total online time is almost as much as mine and I've been registered since 2005! (Lurker since the PGC days, not sure when I started that).

So back in 2005, all everyone would say is when is Nintendo going to finally stop making Mario Party games.  Mario Party was considered a disgrace to the Mario series that needed to be killed off and never seen again.

Now in the year 2010, Nintendo has officially killed off the Mario Party series and turned it into something that's no longer related to the Mario series.  And yet all the haters have nothing to say and now everyone is suddenly a big fan of Mario Party again.

Oh internets, stay classy.  ::)

The internet is not one man. The internet is many men, who can each be loud at different times.

If your grinding for money, go to Gleeba and just fight those big Gold guys. They are worth a lot.

That is my problem with RPGs in general, I am always afraid to sell anything (especially if I don't know how I can get more).

The risk/reward system is there to do that on purpose, thats the complications of getting the best armor. To be the best and JRPGs are all about that ****.  Grinding is the other thing you have to do, and there is nothing about risk/reward there, you just the same thing over and over.

I would have ignored ExciteBots like the vast majority of people did if not for NWR.

Thats because the whole theme/style/name/marketing screams shovelware. Even if it isn't.

Okay, but to really make it good I think you should give forum members the option of enabling the Chat Room to be render at the top of the forum page, for every page. So we can sort of see it as a feed. Games will be set-up much faster, and use of the chat room will actually happen, because people will read whatever random crap is going on in the chat as they are surfing the forums regularly.

If you wanna really go crazy (this doesn't use the chat), just let forumers register events that pop up as rows at the top of the forum in a distracting color. Like:

"Conduit @ 5:15 with Maxi (Wii Num: 80085) Click here to rsvp."

etc.

Offer cool features to make people use your site over others...

Is this the final version of the chat system? While I'm real glad to see its not a stupid java based client, it is still hidden up in a corner and not implemented well for making games.

QTEs are terrible, don't trust them. Let them die.

All of the original L4D maps should have been ported Day 1. As fun as the he sequel is, it's a glorified expansion pack. Fans have already ported everything over... this is just lip service from Valve.

Thats why I paid 7 dollars for the first one, and 10 for the second. The highest I've paid for a Valve game was TF2 for 20 bucks.

Burnout: Revenge is better than 3. Do that.

Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit 2. Almost with out argument, the best version is on the PS2. The GC/Xbox version was developed by someone else, and for some reason, their version sucked.
