Nothing new then. Honestly I have odd tastes in music, but a lot of it is my recovering from the gangsta rap of the 90's. I was so heavily steeped in that garbage that it took a lot to get me out of it, and now it is like I am discovering what I like for the first time. It also goes back to my views addressed in the bad news for the funhouse thread. But I will leave that there.
To put it simply, I am more into light hearted and electronic sounding music, I don't really care too much for the serious stuff and some of the more heavy music just doesn't do it for me. As far as "metal" or "hard rock" goes, I am old school all the way, it's all Alice Cooper, KISS, and Def Leppard for me. everything else is so-so.

and chips are fries, that first episode when Rose and Mickey were eating fries and calling them chips I was so lost until the next time they were eating fries and calling them chips again, the lift I got right off the bat that was kinda a no brainer, but sometimes they say things that make no sense and cuz of their thick accents I can't figure out what they said to look it up. But as time goes on I started to get it more.
The movie I still have trouble with is the hole, there are times in that film I just give up and let them babble on.

oh I agree, but for some reason I really liked Bio-Hazard Battle, turns out after awhile I discovered I sorta like them all really. I think it was Kirby and XEXYZ that got me to really get into the side scrolling shooter mood though.

I wonder if me getting car sick has something to do with it but I never could play any FPS game for too long. That was what I liked about Halo online, I go in for the 2 minute match, get my ass handed to me, pass the controller on to the next guy, and wait my next turn.

Like I said I have conflicting thoughts on this type of subject, for deeper reasons than I will say here, I am all for legislation banning anything that would harm a child, but I am also against the government interfering with ones right to do whatever they want in private, as long as it doesn't affect someone else. Don't worry Bill, I am just as confused as you.

yeah but once you get that move where you can spin one in the air and toss it at the others, it becomes more fun to go into a battle with tons of enemies. And when I say tons I mean three or four cuz so far there aren't more than that ever at a time.

have you tried Bio-Hazard battle? It's pretty hard and can be a lot of fun.Plus it is a side scrolling game and 2 player.

Well for me it is a cross between my political views, my personal experience and religious upbringing, all of which conflict with one another.
Let me explain myself, I am against the "porn" and the depiction of children in poses and media that could be arousing to adult men. I am not for regulating internet porn or even these video games in particular, on the basis that one man's sin is another mans pleasure. However I feel that in the interest of protecting children, pedophiles and child abuse being major issues and seam to be increasing in magnitude all the time, I am all for regulating certain aspects of any media which would or could lead to the harming of innocent children.

isn't it based on the same technology though? I know you can manage the GC memory cards from the Wii menu but can the Wii access the data on them or do they work the same as the SD card, cuz that goes back to the same dilemma we have been in from day one.
