I don't go to Jersey if i don't have to, it smells funny...
LOL. It's funny cuz it's true.
See Mr. Jack gets it. The second you're anywhere near the Jersey Turnpike you best roll up the windows cuz you're in for a smelly ride. I remember having to drive my friend to PA and mapquest took us from the George Washingtong Bridge (NY) where it smelled like.. any other place in NY, and then to the Jersey Turnpike (..duh) where it smelled funny AND we got stuck in traffic.
I went to mexico a few years ago and we stayed in some of the more rural areas, so when we were on their long roads every few mins we'd drive be some open sewage drain/ditch and it smelled horrible. Thats what driving in to Jersey (From NY anyway) smells like. Its wretched.

Subject: Handling of modified Wii
Dear Sirs,
please be informed about the following change, it is effective from start of February on. Sorry for my late notice as I have been sick. This change is confirmed by NOE President.
Whenever you get a console for Repairs and find a Homebrew channel or any other not official Nintendo or unauthorized software (Backup Channel, Gecko OS, etc). on it, this repair is out of warranty. If the defect is related to the modification or not, is of no interest for us, anytime we find unauthorized software, it is out of warranty.
The consumer needs to be informed about this and needs to agree that in case we repair the product he will lose this unauthorized content and get an updated Wii Product back. If the consumer do not agree, you shall not repair and send the product back.
Legal is preparing the letter which you can send to the consumer. Please note the price will be higher for such a Repair as well, as soon as it is fixed. Approx 18O€-21O€ [$250-$300], but please wait for our documents. For the current situation you can use a price of 120€ [$170] for such kind of issues.
We might change the warranty wording as well to make it more clear, even if the current one is enough. In addition yes we are aware of a small legal risk to be claimed on this in the court, but NOE more than willing to take the risk. We need to stop the Homebrew-Channel now.
Additional to this we checked with NCL to get a better Check-Disc to make your work more efficient and easier. (deleted) will keep you updated on this. Please contact him as well if you need more discs of version 1, as EVERY Wii returned for repairs needs to be checked. Please note the Ver.1 is not as good as expected so manual check might be needed. (deleted) will share more info on this tomorrow.
(deleted) will share more information about this topic at the coming DSi training and show you some samples, as we want to use this meeting opportunity even if it is not DSi related. Please let me know if you have further questions? Please inform your team members accordingly.
Thanks a lot for your understanding and support.
Best Regards

I foresee that you will live to regret this offense against the Nintendo Gods
This + classic/hori/snes controller + This >>> ReBuying your game collection with heavily modified ROMs (especially Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past and OoT)
=?
As far as I can understand, he's saying that if you dump the ROM with that device, get an appropriate controller, and use the SNES9x port for Wii, you can get a fairly authentic experience. I assume his comment about regretting it has to do with the fact that he could have just dumped the games himself instead of having to search through ROM sites trying to find them again.
That's just my interpretation.
Courtesy backup - AKA find your kiddie porn and have you arrested. Say hi to Bill for us.

Dear Stevey Duff,
I am emailing you in regards to the computer that you have had serviced by us. In response to this issue since you do have 3 qualified hardware repairs and an existing hardware issue we can get the unit exchanged for you but only by sending it out this one last time. Once they confirm the unit is a lemon at the service center we can replace the unit with a unit of comparable technology up to the cost that you originally paid for the unit. Also as a courtesy since you have been inconvenienced so much we will do a courtesy backup of your existing data before the unit is sent out. If you are going to stop into the store either tomorrow or Tuesday look for me as I will be able to assist you in this. If not you can also refer to Brian as he is an alternate on this issue and knows what we are doing with this unit. Either of us will be here after 2pm on any of these days.

Now my "Wireless Network Connection" software is malfunctioning.
My internet says its connected wirelessly, but I get no internet connection. When I goto repair or disable/reconnect by right clicking the icon on the tray, it gets stuck in the disabling phase. When I try to close the program, it won't close.
When I goto "view wireless networks" so I can see my router I'm connecting to, I try to click disconnect and then connect again, but it get hung up in the authorizing phase and never actually connects.
I've tried resetting the router first, and still have either of those two problems still. The only fix is to reset the computer for a fresh connect.
Is it the computer? Is it the router?
Do I need to do a windows repair job?
p.s. this started to happen after I uninstalled all the software for my wireless card and reinstalled it, then ran the home network setup through windows to try and force a handshake between D-link and Linksys. I can only reconnect on a reboot now, but when its connected, it works fine. After long periods of inactivity is disconnects and thats where the problem starts.
Anybody know what I should do? My phone is hooked up through the internet and I need the connection on at all times.

nVidia actually does make the best GPUs.
Well, the G92 chip is used in the 8800GT, 8800GTS, 8800GS, several mobile flavours of 8800, most of the 9800 suffixes, and a few 9600 variants just to confuse buyers. The G94 is basically only the 9600GT. Basically we are told all G92 and G94 variants are susceptible to the same problem - basically they are all defective.
From the look of it, all G8x variants other than the G80, and all G9x variants are defective, but we have only been able to get people to comment directly on the G84, G86, G92 and G94, and all variants thereof. Since Nvidia is not acknowledging the obvious G84 and G86 problems, don't look for much word on this new set either - if they can bury it, it will drop their costs.
