This game's bloody incredible. One of the best single player experieces on the Wii yet; you never know what the hell is going to happen next and it throws so much at you at a rapid pace. Never a dull moment. One minute you're taking down a helicopter with a handgun, the next you're being swept away in a tsunami, only to wash up next to a maniac with a bomb strapped to his chest.
The industry destroying 'mini-games' (uuurrr hurrr can't possibly enjoy those) work really well. Many of them are one-offs and you'll be learning how to control them on-the-fly, which adds to the intensity. Seriously, there are just so many hilariously random, amazing moments. It easily surpasses Disaster Report and Raw Danger on PS2 in this regard, ie; INFERNAL GETS HARD FOR THESE TWO GAMES.
This is my Wii GOTY. <3
Yes and yes there are.
That fight scene was kick ass, but it doesn't even rival the fight/chase scenes that Casino Royale produced.
OMFG this game is driving me bananas. I want another console AC game VERY VERY BADLY because AC on a handheld just doesn't do it for me. But Mario is right, this game is just one giant scam! I can just put my original AC disk in my wii and the experience wont be a whole lot different.
The funny thing is that this actually makes me MORE interested in the game. I didn't buy Jungle Beat because I was really turned off by the bongo controls. Maybe I didn't give it enough of a chance? But I played it in store demos and the whole thing felt unnatural to me and, well, stupid.
I actually *ducks* kind of like Donkey Kong 64. It's a fun platformer
I don't like that they're just modifying it. Why not a whole new game?
Because Nintendo's intention is that these games didn't get enough exposure first time around because the cube wasn't as popular as Wii is, so they are giving these awesome games a second life, it worked for Capcom and countless companies including Nintendo themselves with the SNES to GBA remakes.
But most of all, Daniel Craig makes Jason Bourne look like a child with a water pistol.
Shipping costs can be quite high and places like Amazon charge sales tax on top of that. Not to mention the delay in shipping.
Amazon's shipping is free in most cases (if you're willing to wait a week or two for delivery) and they don't charge sales tax for most states. However, since Ian lives in Canada it's all a moot point.
Enjoy your revisionist history, guys. Believe me, I'm one of the DS' biggest fans and had one day one. But I'm not going to sugar-coat the fact that it sat on my shelf until Christmas 2005. After that, it was amazing and continues to be amongst my all-time favorite systems.
