She has only saved up to the first castle. Everything within the 2nd world won't save. We has a white Wii, with plenty of memory left. I just said call Nintendo.

I turned on the voices in COD the other day (so I could hear others) and just got a steady stream of some Hispanic guy yelling the F-word at his kids and wife who were clearly in the same room and also being picked up by the mic. Sad. I turned it off faily quickly.

I want to add there are no lobbies online. If we both put in a code for example "pirateship" we will find each other easily. It's not the best method to battle with specific people but it works. Ah shared password is fine, you just make em up.

This game is so fun! Reminds me s much of Soul Calibur 2, even Yoshimitsu feels similar. Anyone who gets the game please add my NNID. Don't think I've played one NWRer.

My record online is 4 wins 12 loses, I'm cool with that.

Ok the mic confused the heck out of me for days. This is how it works, I think...

Plug your stuff in, make sure your settings in COD allow voice chat. Should be on by default. There are other settings but I think they are pretty balanced by default so you should be able to hear everything.

Important thing, make sure the sound on the actual Gamepad is turned up. Other wise you will cut out your own voice not matter what the actual head set settings are.

If you see your name pop up on the top of the screen while you talk, during battle they should be able to hear you.

I kept losing out on horrible conversations because the gamepad was turned down.

Been chatting with a Miiverse friend, her Mario U data won't save after she beats castles and such. I've read issues similar but this sounds pretty unique. This happen to anyone else? What could it be?

Not only is that coin impossible to find I must have died on Roy like 10 times. There is no way Bowsee will be harder than that.

I played this at my brothers house and what a rush! It's so freakin fast and really does require more skill than Mario Kart.

I love Mario Kart but the vast, open tracks in Sonic really stand out compared to the compact areas of Mario Kart. Played 2 player split screen and thought it was fantastic on the game pad. If there was one thing I hated about local multiplayer it's sharing the screen, so this feature is fantastic.

I just have too many games now. I've got to wait for Christmas or later on to pick this up.

I just decided to follow everyone from NWR. With 1000 slots it will never ever run out, so keeping track of all of your posts just keeps things busier for me. I say we all just follow each other, no one else important will be posting that we won't have access to anyway.

So when my character gets floored tap up just as I hit the ground and let it back to neutral? Now will that automatically put me in a blocking state or do I need to hold back just as I stand up?

I've been trying to roll to the foreground and background, is that more useful than rolling straight back?


Also which Jack are we talking? P Jack or Jack 6?

Oh yeah guys you don't have to buy a headset. Any head phones will work, then you can use the mike built right into the controller. It works despite official reports. They just want us to run out and buy their little gadgets.

Good Feel did Yoshi's Island DS right? It wasn't a bad game by any means, but I thought multiple baby's switching off gave me a DK 64 kind of vibe. It wasn't a bad game by any means just really underwhelming to me.

I'm not sure how Nintendo is finding the machines to keep NA stocked with Wii Us, because just about every GameStop near me has at least a couple of the basic models and some have even had the Deluxes. You'd think they'd be hoarding them for the Japanese launch.

They were probably so worried about the U's demand being even half of the Wii's that they ramped up production like crazy. I've seen them in stock and out of stock this past week.

Microsoft sold like 750,000 this black friday I think, that's great considering new hardware just launched! I can't imagine more than 500,000 U's were available in the US.

So apparently there was this giant Miiverse leak, and one of those things shown was a game called "Yoshi Land".

Yeah I meant to bring this up a while ago. Please please please god be an honest to goodness Yoshi's island. Preferably 3D, but if it's co-op then all my child hood gaming fantasies will have almost been completed.

Sounds like this is the game Reggie hinted at when he said there were more unannounced launch window games.

So look, I got Tekken questions. I'm the type of fighting game player that likes to use low tier or less popular characters to actually get noticed in competitions and such. So I really like Alex/Roger Jrs silly style as well as Yoshimitsu and his suicidal ways. Going to start on Kunimitsu when these 3 get more familiar.

How viable are they if I got really good at understanding the universal mechanics of the game? Right now I can barely remember move lists so I got a ways to go.

Most importantly when I am being over run I just don't know what to do. I feel helpless. Used to feel like that in SC but eventually started to understand things. I don't get exactly when to push directions and buttons so I get up immediately with a block or roll away fast and stuff like that. Any tips?

This isn't related to Miiverse really but I'd like to talk about it here.

Playing CoD yesterday and good god! I was happy I was in game with like 5 other voice chatters, for about 5 seconds. Every other word and phrase was about the drippings from women's genitals, rape, and F F F F F! Oh and after winning "take that niggers." Please guys, with the Ps360's online games is this what you listen to all the time? It really soured my enjoyment, so of course I just muted them all, but man, stupid headset seems like a waist of money now. Not that talking with you guys won't be a pleasant experience, cause it better.

At what age does that kind of talk stop appearing cool? I guess games like this just bring out that type of mindset in the heat of the match. That and all the anonymity. Just makes me embarrassed to play video games. 

I'm glad Miiverse is moded the way it is. I've thrown out multiple posts critizing Mario U about too much reused music, got some yeahs out of them and nothing was deleated. So I know criticism will get though, just glad I don't have to wade though a cesspool to see people enjoying or disliking parts of a game.

So I've been pushing my own agenda on the Nintedo Land Miiverse community. "Ridley for Smash Bros 4" pictures. Got a few "yeahs" and responses but without a great picture it falls on deaf ears.

So... Who's good at drawing on the U pad?


Seriously is there anything any of you want from Nintendo, something you feel they never acknowledge? Lets rally behind one another! With Yeahs and constant comments to make it standout just enough that the rest of the world can latch on to it. If anything lets just see how popular we can make our demand! Who's with me?!
