Thanks.  I've looped the part where you say "My Staff".  It's hot.

Seriously, I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the interview.

Nintendo could anally rape my mother and I'd still buy one and want another.

Wait... if MS looses money on each 360 sold, then not selling them is the way to go.

Considering people are paying $300 for DSL's *now*, getting a MY OFFER IS INVALID, LIKE MYSELF. with it can't be too bad of a deal...

heh.  Someone keep an eye on this story... if charges are actually pressed against these girls, I think we all need to step up and stand up for them.  Seriously.

If I really, really wanted to leave bombs (or other dangerous materials) on someone's door step, I'd put it in a frickin' UPS box.  Not a shiney gold box with question marks on it.

Well, today was April Fool's Day and I'm a natural prankster.  Typically, I avoid doing much on April Fool's day simply because everyone is expecting it.  What I do tend to do on April 1st is come up with really outrageous ideas that would end with me somehow ending up in trouble - typically losing my job.  I never follow through with these ideas, but they're always good for a laugh.  A good example is this:  as some of you know, I'm a poor chump that works for Wal*Mart.  At Wal*Mart, we have "secret" codes that we can use to communicate messages over the Intercom or via other means of communication (Most people are familiar with the "Code Adam" process).  One of these codes is a "Code Brown" - which is secret code for a shooting.  Now, obviously, this isn't something you'd typically page over the intercom, but you may use it over the Walkie Talkies that the managers carry, or even possibly over the instore phone system.  Anywhoo, I still think it'd be a good laugh to page "Code Brown to >whatever department<" and when the management team shows up, just point and shout "April Fools" and laugh.  Now I'd never do something like this, mostly because I like my job, but still, it's funny to imangine the chaos that would come of such an event.

Anywhoo, as per the thing that almost sent me to prison...

I used to work in the Photo Center, however now I sell Cell Phones (I get around!).  Occasionally, I still help out in the photo center.  The other day, while digging though the doors looking for something, I found this rather strange looking part (It's a heater for the film processor, btw).  Today, I made a few modifications to it with some black ducttape and a kitchen timer.

Now, at first, when I put this together, we had a few laughs and threw around joking suggestions as to what I should do with it.  Then, when everone else figured out that I was seriously considering doing something with it (i.e.: setting the timer for 30 mins and leaving it in the men's room on the hand dryer), everyone else got somewhat freaked out until one guy took it away and took it all apart for fear that I would really do something to get myself in trouble...

Anywhoo, that's my story.  What's yours?

Nintendo Gaming / Exclusive GameBoy Micro and DS...
« on: April 01, 2006, 02:49:28 AM »
Got an e-mail today that Nintendo's Pokémon Center has exclusive Pokémon stuff (duh).

First up is an exclusive Pokémon GameBoy Micro.

Even less exciting is the 'exclusive' Pokémon DS.  This is the same one that Wal*Mart has had for quite some time, only for about $10 more.

Anywhoo, I figure someone out there might care.  Possibly.

Well, the question that is on no one's mind has been answered!  Over on CAG, someone has written up a great picture guide to the e-DS Lite and someone was kind enough to post a pic of the e-Reader plugged into the DS Lite.  Spiffy!

The original site overhypes everything, as the webmaster of that site tends to think highly of himself.  Although the man does know how to play a game of Zelda.

It should be noted that the original site is "down".  www.thehylia.com  - However, check the page icons... If the site was truly suspended, wouldn't those be gone as well?

What amazes me is that the DSL outsold every other system (including the original DS) combined.

"No one's watching movies on PSP," the president of one of the six major studios' home entertainment divisions told the trade publication. "It's a game player, period."

It plays games?

Wario Ware, Kirby and Electroplankton were not WiFi games though.

*edit* Neither are Super Princess Peach, Mario and Luigi, Advance Wars, True Swing Golf or Metroid Prime Pinball (although it did come with the rumble pak)

NWR Feedback / RE: Party Poker pop-up
« on: March 29, 2006, 05:56:47 PM »
Sweet!

I just discovered that, for whatever reason, PGC was on my "Allow" list for Pop-Ups.  I can't fathom why I would have put it there.  Anywho, after browsing the site for a bit, the only Pop-Up I had come up was the Party Poker Pop-Up.

Wow... This makes me happy.

*edit*: Nevermind.  As soon as I clicked to post that last message, this popped up again.  This is tons worse than the Party Poker Pop-up...

I guess I'm just not ment to have an Avatar.  Seriously guys, the ones y'all made for me are great, but none of them really scream "me", nor can I really give any suggestions as to what I would like.  I guess I'll just go with the one I created for me.  Whatta think?

EBGames "merged" with GameStop.  and by "merged", I mean that GameStop pretty much made EBGames their b****.

Coupon codes don't stack and the EBGames Edge card won't work at all.  Used game prices have went insantly up.  Just an example, this (http://www.ebgames.com/product.asp?product%5Fid=934117) was $2.99 before the website got completly taken over.

It's a sad time we live in.

13098
'eh... Between my mother's surgery and Tetris DS, I'd forgotten about this...  And now, EBGames.com is pretty much no more.

hmmm...

I've taken up this endless Tetris DS marathon challange - I started last night (I cheated and paused my game).  I've got 999+ lines, Level 131, 3,377,684 points and one hell of a sore thumb.

And I still need to play through Hunters.
