Just so you know, the game is developed behind the folks behind Ty the Tasmanian Tiger, and as one who owns both, they're not terrible, and the newest Spyro game seems to focus on combat more than platforming, which...is probably a bad thing.
Theres even a reference to I believe Metal Gear Solid 3, when you run along the first gem thing that you can smash up. I wont spoil what exactly happens, and I'm probably wrong, but eh.
Also to note, theres not going to be any real collecting in the game, its straight-up point A to B platforming and smashing. The gems are only there for health, flame breath and leveling up moves.
