Yeah, my circle of influence is rather limited. I do have a great respect for the masters, my tastes are just a bit modern (I was going to add ' and simplistic', but the 3 painters on my list are anything but).

Put me in the 'no price decrease' court. The only reason Nintendo will drop the price is when the system stops selling like gangbusters. I bet by now they have the cost per console down to near $100 or less though. And if a 'HDWii' is in the plans, when that releases is when the original Wii will drop in price.

So, a price drop in 2012. And we'll never see another black console from Nintendo again.

OK, I'm officially calling this the best multiplayer game of the year.  The single player is blah, but the multiplayer modes really shine.  The 4 player co-op is a lot of fun and quite challenging, but the real deal is in the versus mode.  4 infected vs 4 survivors.  Your "gamer sense" gets thrown for a loop when dealing with human controlled undead.  I forget sometimes that my opponent knows what I have to do and where I need to go.

Case in point, I was rear guard for my party and we were leaving the sewers via a open manhole cover.  My teammates cleared the street of zombies and told me to join them.  Don't you know the moment I got onto the street a Hunter leaped out from behind a car dropping me back into the sewers and pinning me to the ground unable to move.  I'm screaming like a little girl in panic only to find out that my teammates got puked on by a Boomer and couldn't get to me.

Only evil and conniving people could ever have thought up that strategy.  Human>AI for a long time to come.

This game really is best played with friends.  Actually, make that friends with mics.  Playing with random people usually ends up as a bust, but getting 7 people you know are cool makes all the difference.  That being said, if anyone wants to play with me and my friends, send me an invite.  My Xbox Gamertag is MNC Dover.

Can't wait to get back to playing!  Later!

I just played the demo on the 360. I downloaded it a while ago and never got to it. Just did the single player, it was intense, but repetitive at the end.

The multiplayer sounds great though. If I check out the full game I'll definately send a request. And if you ever try out Gears 2 multi drop me one. I love the Horde mode and wish I had more online friends playing it.

I've been wanting to rent the game, but its been out since release on both systems.

The last fighting game I bought was Soul Calibur 2, and that was mainly for Link, so I really don't want to buy the game.

Ok. Your criticisms could be applied to the first, although I didn't really enjoy the chicken kicking mini-game. But I was addicted to it, causing me to spend all night playing it from 6 pm till 8 am. It was one of those "I'll just finish this next quest then I'll stop". 10 quests or so later I really had to stop.

I was trying to figure out if you liked the first and didn't like the second I could judge how I'd feel. But more than likely you wouldn't like the first and it's possible I'd get into this next one.

My Wii character already looks like me. Since I discovered pointy ears, I decided to go the fantasy route.

Three nude chicks in a tub with a dude who kept his shirt and hat on. Stevey placed some objects on the image to cover the naughty bits. The dude was giving the thumbs up to the camera man.

Thank you Captn Obvious.

Will I get banned if I post images of nude girls?

I'm joining the whiners. There was so much potential for this game. And listening to IGN's podcast today ruffles my feathers even more. Nintendo is making soooo much dough. You'd think they'd invest some of that in a game that delivers new and exciting adventures. Instead we get a new coat of paint and the ability to make foot paths in the ground. And to report a word that was taught as offensive so the game can delete it.

Nobody come to my town cause you might give my animals cooties.

Are you still on your toilet? Give it hell. Show 'em who's boss. But don't forget the courtesy flush.

I went to Florida for a week to celebrate my brother getting married. And I have found its harder to buy games after being disappointed by others that I've bought. Sometimes its like the old days of buying a music cassette for one awesome song on the radio just to find out the rest of the songs suck ass.

I thought the movie was great, though it felt like a clean cut at the end so 'regular' Bond can return in the next film. Which is what I heard the producers wanted. It was definately more Bourne than any other Bond, and I heard that a set director or something from Bourne was also giving cues to this film.

The big 'whatever' is the explosive hydrogen hotel in the middle of the desert. Otherwise a fine film and I'm sure I'll be picking it up on Blu-ray in 3 months.

It requires the Eye Toy to listen to the ultra sonic eminations from the controller. My dog will love this idea.

Seriously though, I think its kinda sucky to require a device such as the Eye Toy. At least with the Wii the sensor bar isn't 'required', just two sources of infrared.

Sooo, rumor has it that Sega is going to publish. Funny how all it takes is a folder on an FTP site to make the Interwebs all excited.

Didn't they say that the publisher was going to be announced in a few weeks, a few weeks ago?

Recent reviews have put this game on my radar. I have not played Oblivion and really have no desire to. The original Fable was pretty interesting and I feel a slight tug to play the new one.

I would like to see how Fallout is recieved by others here so I can make a better decision on the purchase or if I should even consider spending $8 on renting the game for a week.

Sorry I haven't posted back in a few DAaaMan, I ended up giving it to my brother soon after this post. I wasn't sure if he was going to be interested in it.
