Windows 10 tech preview just got its first preview which added the notification center, data sense, and battery saver features from windows phone.

The November Xbox One update adds themes via achievement pictures and photo uploading. Also the Microsoft garage tech just released a one game that's an RTS that uses the controller and voice.

Really good addition even adding covering in the breast area. I wish the greys were a littler lighter in tone and she had the Google's but those don't make sense for a tactical outfit



Wouldn't be surprised if their are talks of a spin off Barry Allen style after how favorable reception to her was. Plus Mockingbird was one of the first projects for a spin off to the MCU.

Find it weird that next week will probably get a decent bump due to the avengers trailer and they're going to follow it up with the pulp to pop special.

Best episoide of the series so far, and I can see Mockingbird getting a spin off show.

Honestly do you have to worry about contacts when spider-man pretty much stands on his own in his own books. You just need tfor him to cameo in other films.

Pretty sure the contract is signed and Phase III on earth will be about the fractured hero base and seeing the rise of new ones after the Orginal Avengers part ways. The audio for the San Deigo comic-con trailer had hank pym not being the biggest fan of the avengers. This makes me wonder where Daredevil takes place in relation to Ultron.

My thinking is that at next year's comic-con one of the major annoucments will be that Spider-man is joining the MCU and the sinister six is being retooled to be the first MCU film.  The Major plot points can still work in the MCU with Oscorp's tech weaponizing being just being one of the many competitors like Hammer and Killian. Sony needs this far more than Marvel (but it doesn't help to have their most popular hero in the MCU). Plus it gives Marvel a third movie for 2017.


It makes a intresting slate compared to the DC one of

Looking at that list I bought Destiny, Fifa, and Madden, and i'll probably pick up NHL in December. Even as an xbox one owner it was easy to tell Patcher was full of **** like he always mostly is. In the end the PS4 will dominate this generation and i hope the Wii U and Xbox One can succeed in their own rights. While I think the PS4 has been light on first party in quantity and Quality, the mos exciting thing is how different all three first party line ups are right now and will be in the future based on what's announced.

I remember hearing a bit about it last june was that it was going to have a ton of sensors to jump into the market with a focus on fitness like Apple is doing, which is smart. The biggest disappointment about Android Wear is how lackluster and half assed the fitness components seems to be. Microsoft seems to be in a pretty good postion to make a decent fitness platform since they have the MSN health and Fitness apps and the Kinect stuff on xbox.

I bought the $35 Story SKU of Project Spark last week. It came with two of the Hero characters and the Champion quest single player mode that plays a bit like a simple hack and slash action rpg.

So the Play Store just got updated with all the new gear and the nexus 7 just got delisted and now an end of life product.

Overall I like the new devices but i'm dismayed at being priced out of the nexus program for the time being and how big the six is when th five isn't getting a hardware refresh. Seems like google got really greedy with the nexus 4/5/7 becoming popular so they decided to spin the nexus into a true high end brand.


I'll probably cut my losses and get a nexus 4 and wait next year to see if the nexus 5 gets a refresh of some sort.

Honestly, it is not a big deal.  Nobody is really looking and paying attention to this announcement, and nobody will truly care one way or another.  So then why announce it...I dunno honestly, probably because Warner Bros movies wants to take some attention off of the big news of Captain America 3.

Warner Bros management has been pretty stupid for several years.  They don't look at their products and IPs as a whole and instead look at each division as independent.  DC comics, Television, Animation, and Movies...are all kinda run separate of each other, and they don't work well together.  If they would get over themselves and realize they NEED to work well together, and stop this old mind set in media about Television vs. Movies and whatnot maybe they could actually make great movies and television.  The only problem is the movie management would screw it up. 

At least the Television side gets it.  The Arrow and The Flash are going to be successful.  Gotham not so much, and anything else brewing...I don't think so.  However, if they can successfully get the Arrow and The Flash moving forward for a few seasons, and spin them off into a Justice Society show, or a Young Justice Show, then They can introduce new shows about other characters every 3 years or so and keep popularizing DC characters into the mainstream.  Even the CW gets it...with allowing for shows that perform with lower ratings to complete their seasons and continue.

Gotham has been doing pretty well for itself, getting a full season order and pretty good ratings.

As for keeping everything separate it all works because it all helps the brand of the character over all. Plus one big difference in the comics is that DC always had the multiversr,while Marvel has always mostly been 616.

On one hand the Mac Mini being $500 puts some steam back into the train of getting an affordable Macbook in the future, but I think the 5C under preforming (I don't know how when I see the model everywhere) put the hold on what ever plans Apple had for a mid to low range macbook.


I'm still surprised that the 5C didn't get an update to give it NFC, the apple TV is still  a pretty terrible product. Other than that I have to say the apple eco-system looks pretty great. I don't expect Microsoft to do anything to rival it soon, and google still needs to get more android apps onto chrome.


I have to wonder how big of an impact will NFC and apple Pay now being mainstream will have on Square.

But we knew the flash was one of the films so no matter what the wind would have better taken away from the flash. The flash is outpreforming agents of shield, so yeah.  Breevort should focus on getting one event out before announcing the next five.

$2,000... Seriously... I'm a Microsoft Programmer but, I can't convince my company to let me go with that ticket price...

and $900 for students. Google I/0 is $900 for everyone and $300 for students. WWDC is 1600.

Won't be surpised to see Google raise the prices of both GA and student rtickets to further stop people just buying the I/o tickets for swag.

I know apple is usually on the high end of the product scale, but I love how all these tech companies have pulled surface pro's of late announcing cool looking stuff that just isn't priced in the successful product range.


I really thought Apple was going to announce redesgins of the Mac line to go with Yosemite and maybe bring back the colored macs. Also no Apple TV update either.

Microsoft just announced that Build 2015 will be from April 29th-May 1st. We should be getting the Windows 10 consumer preview as well as getting our first look at Windows Phone 10 and the Xbox Win 10 build, plus probably the next wave of lumia and surface.

The untitled WB event film is the harry potter spin-off. I really doubt the Spider-man plans but for sake of what's been announced you forgot the female spider-man spin-off for 2017. If the rumors are true about spider-man joining the MCU, my guess is that were going to get an announcement that the Amazing Series is retroactiy put into the MCU and Sinister Six is the first film that sort of takes place in the MCU proper. Drew Goddard was the daredevil showrunner before going to do sinister six so if there's anyone who can bridge the two it would have to be him. I'd also say use this as the film to re-cast spider-man getting a far younger actor in their twenties.

As for the rest of the DC film, i'm really excited for their slate doing something different from Marvel, and how diverse the solo films and the Justice League will be. Out of the movies announced post BVS Wonder Woman is probably the one i'm interested in the most.

I was really hoping the price was a misnomer, but it seems gone are the days where the nexus 4/5 are $350/$399 and the nexus 7 is $199. Personally I think this will bite google in the ass since what moved the nexus and pure google to prominence was good specs for a reasonable price point.  At the prices the new devices are, I might as well just jump ship to the apple or windows eco-system.

With the 5 being the new small device Google relly should have gave it a update specs wise to take advantage of everything. The new stuff looks good but I was hoping I could get a nice spec'd device off of contract and do pay as you go.

Really hope 10 can get the Windows eco-system going since they tend to have decent prices and don't mind putting out a reasonably sized flagship phone. All I really need to jump ship is a better comixology app, an official pocket app, and a good podcast client.

Looks like google just out priced me on the nexus line. If I stickm with android next year I'll be getting a moto x and a Samsung tablet I guess. (Bleh)

My 4 has been pretty much eol'd and for whatever reason the nexus 5 and 7 didn't get a spec update making them sort of useless for some of the features of L.

Might look into what's coming up next year for windows and if the lumia 1020 and the RT tablets will get the 10 upgrade.
