What are the 2 moves you can't do the PSone controller?  And what was the configuration you used to get it to work properly?

Play-Asia are pretty good.  I got the PS to PC USB controller adapter from them.

But liksang offer some games free shipping, IIRC.

Dunno about that.  It''ll be 2 discs right, just like the Japanese version?  I'm not sure if you can fit both English and Japanese onto 2 discs...

EDIT: Opps........just realised I said the same thing a few pages back....lol

awesome!  I'd be so happy to see Kurt wrestle (and bad-mouth Australia on the mic if he's a heel at the time).

looked at wwe.com:
August 27th - Fri at Sydney
August 28th - Sat at Brisbane
August 29th - Sun at Melbourne

so yeah, from the looks of it, Adelaide misses out!

Aw man, the undertaker................I've never been a fan of him.  I am seriously thinking of going this time as I didn't attend in the past, but if it will be base around the undertaker, it's not gonna make me excited.  Will there be any chance of Kurt Angle to be ready to wrestle by then and come down under?

BTW, what happened to Brock Lesnar?  Did he get fired or wanted to try out for the NFL?

You know what's ironic?  The only Konami game I've only bought is MGS: TTS.

When are they coming down?  Will it be the Raw or Smackdown team, or just a low profile house show?

General Gaming / MGS2: Substance PC version
« on: June 12, 2004, 03:55:17 AM »
After enjoying MGS: TTS, I'm seriously thinking of buying the PC version of MGS2: Substance (don't have a PS2 or xbox), mainly for the VR missions.  I've read the PC version was a lazy port and the control system is identical.

Which brings me to this point.  I have a PSone dual shock gamepad and a PS to PC USB controller adapter.  Will I have any control issues using my PSone gamepad as oppose to the PS2 gamepad the game was designed for?  Has anyone tried this?  Thanks.

Gah.  The gaming industry is going down the toilet.

RE4 wasn't even nominated for best of show.  But the 3rd Splinter Cell game in 3 years does.

I like it, but it annoys me when I read your post and others' post before and after that are visible on the screen.

EDIT: I looked into turning off animated gifs in my browser, but I can't find it.  I'm using FireFox v0.8.  Anyone know how?

I'm for it!

Seriously, I find animated gifs to be even more annoying now.  They weren't bad at all at 64x64, but 100x100 just annoys the heck out of me.  Now I really don't read member's post who have an animated gif (sorry to these who do) and scroll to the top or bottom of the screen so I won't see it.  Is it possible to ban on animated gifs?

I know I'm risking making myself the most hated forum poster!

Great.  That makes it one step closer to me importing Nintendo's next home console & games from the US.

Considering NAL still supplies more memory card 59's than 251's... I doubt we'll see these mega hyper that attack was super effective 1000000 cards for quite some time. They'd be about $100 anyway.

Just wait till Iwata-san comes Down Under.

I have to say I don't like the bigger size avatars.  They distract me and take up too much space on the left-hand size.

Nintendo Gaming / RE: Where is Castlevania for GC???

Fat chance of that happening due to the low sales of MGS: TTS.  Konami will use that as their proof that GC doesn't have a mature user base. O_o
