TalkBack / Re: Pink 3DS Headed to North America
« on: November 29, 2011, 10:07:44 PM »
The DSi XL's price has been the same as the 3DS since the 3DS's price drop, (but it I do think the DSi XL should be a little cheaper too). As for the pink 3DS coming to North America, that's cool because now I can get my girlfriend that one for Christmas for her.

I also think it should be called "Lego Justice League". And the first Lego Batman was NOT "weak" in anyway. But I want to see a more "realistic" Batman game for the 3DS, (I've heard there maybe an import of some kind of Batman: Arkham City to it, but can't find out for sure). Still, I do plan on getting this game as well when it comes out.

It doesn't sound like they got rid of the blue shell, (they better not have, despite getting annoyed with getting hit by I love when I get it, which is rare for me, and nailing someone with it). But as long as Donkey Kong is in it to play as I don't really mind who is added and/or taken out of the game. But anyway, I just can't wait to get this game!

When I read any articles related to the update it kept say "later this month" but I didn't think they were gonna wait this late in the month. I guess I'm just gonna have to wait a few more days than what was originally planned. And it's good to finally know a more narrowed date this time.

It just seems like that Nintendo didn't put much effort into the battle mode this time around. I mean so few tracks takes away from the enjoyment of it, and, (if I read it right), making battle mode time limited is a pretty stupid idea. But all in all, I'm still looking forward to getting this game and can't wait to start playing the hell out of it.

Well, if it comes to North America, then cool, (but it looks like it's not something I'm gonna be interested in).

One of my best friends I had since the second grade was working at Toys R Us at the time and I asked him if he could set one aside for me and I'd come in and pay for it. He told me he'd pay for it, one game and a memory pack if I gave him the money so I did. I had him get the Gamecube, a memory pack, and Rogue Squadron II. Man I loved this system, (I thought the small discs were really cool too). I will always have very fond memories or the Nintendo Gamecube.

I love this game. To me it's a Mario game that feels kind of like when I played Super Mario 64. I'm kinda annoyed too because I've had it only a day and I'm already on world 8, (from playing it constantly obviously), and I've had to pace myself with it. And I... AHHHH the heck with writing, I'm going to play it again! See ya!

I love the game. The controls are not hard to get used to, (there maybe some who could get tripped up on them once or twice), but I find them easy to use which allows me to enjoy the game even more. Great job on this game guys, (if they work on Mario Kart 7 as hard as this one then that one should be a great addition to the franchise also).

That fact that Mario Kart: Double Dash didn't make the top ten is crap! That was one of my favorite Mario Kart games. Me and several others had fun for hours with it, (read my earlier posting in the top ten article and that'll tell you some of the reasons why).

For those of you who are wondering his we played for 14 hours straight we turn the lap count all the way up, (which Mario Kart DS and Wii are missing, more laps made it more fun), and there were 16pretty of us and 4 spots in the game, (we turned off the computer contolled characters and who ever finished in 3rd and 4th at the end of each track gave it up to the next two people in the oder we drew numbers in which order we would play).

Mario Kart: Double Dash should be up there. I liked the game's twist of having TWO characters on ONE kart, (some didn't but me, my brothers, and our friends did). We played for hours on end, we actually over heated a friend's Gamecube from a 14 hour Mario Kart race day, (needless to say we were pretty ticked), so went went to another friend's to use there Gamecube. Now we do this with Mario Kart Wii instead. And we continue to have more fun on Marioto Kart WiiWii than any other game we play.

Ok, I shouldn't have watched that because now I want the game MORE than ever. The on thing I wish this game had, (and I'm sure it doesn't), is a create-a-track. That'd be an incredibly awesome feature to have in the game.

There's nothing here that interests me. When are they gonna put up things from the SNES? (And you can't say the 3DS doesn't have the ability to handle it because if the Game Boy Advanced could than the 3DS can). I only ask because I'd love for Super Mario World to be put on there. (That was and is one of my all time favorites. I could sit there and play it for hours. I have it on the Wii, but I'd love to have it on the 3DS as well.)

I agree. It's an EXTREMELY hard choice, but I think I'd lean more towards Mario Kart 7 because Mario Kart has been one of the most popular games Nintendo has ever made. (But I'm not faced with that choice either. I'm getting them both also.)

TalkBack / Re: Super Mario 3D Land Comes with No Manual in Japan
« on: November 01, 2011, 08:07:54 PM »
Call me "old fashion", but I want a "paper" manual with my games. I have the X-Box 360 and 2 of my games, (Mortal Kombat and Batman: Markham City), only just came with the cases cover folded over with the fine print you always see on the back of a manual. I'm guessing this is mainly because of strategy guides but still, I like have a manual with game. But I'm sure some other people may feel differently, but this is just how I feel about it.

« on: October 30, 2011, 10:14:59 AM »
If that meant that this is Wriggler's first appearance EVER then this artist wrong, because he was an obstacle in the Maple Tree Way track in Mario Kart Wii, if it means first appearance as a playable character then yeah it is. But regardless, I can't wait for this game. Mario Kart is one of the best games I have ever played and I look forward to many more versions of the game!

For Super Mario 3D Land I'd rather the key chain as well, (and I'd love if they did something similar with Mario Kart 7 also).

I doubt they ever were free. Nintendo still has a lot to learn when it comes to the release of a video on anything of it's consoles.

(While I don't plan on getting this game for lack of interest), no online multiplayer option kinda sucks for a game like this. Still having local play is cool, but they should've put online play in there too.
