TalkBack / Re: Wii U to Hit Shelves By Christmas
« on: January 26, 2012, 03:49:52 PM »
As much as I hate to wait almost a year for the Wii U, waiting for the holiday season is a good idea. That's when sales go up for stores across the board. But needless to say, I can NOT wait for the Nintendo Wii U to hit stores!

I hope somebody is talking out their ass because if not then Nintendo is further behind the technological times and is in bigger trouble than I originally had thought it may have been if at all.

While these games have been fun, I'd really like to see a Mario and Sonic game where they team up against their 2 main enemies of Bowser and Eggman. THAT'S what I'd love to see.

I agree with you there about it being a "GOOD"game game, (but I want to be able to still make a crap load of my own fighters and have a lot of customizable options for them too). (Now, how about porting Mortal Kombat 9 to the 3DS too?)

I agree with you on a "GOOD" game, (but I also want to be able to make lots of created fighters and have a great selection of choices to make from as well).

Mario Kart 64 and Golden Eye, the 2 greatest Nintendo 64 games of ALL time. I played for hours with my friends on both games. In Golden Eye we played inside the dam about 99% of the time, (and I memorized where all the respawning spots were so I put a proximity mines in those areas and scored up a lot of kills). They'll NEVER be a game like Golden Eye ever again, (many will come close, but they'll never have the same feel as it).

Personally, I think Jill's cat suit was zipped up a little too much, (I'd like it to be unzipped even MORE than what it was). All kidding aside, I liked the demo on Mercenaries and was hooked even then. Now I'm hooked more than I already was. I was getting the game anyways and now I KNOW that I'm gonna love the game tmore than I originally thought. I'm also interested in how the circle pad will make the gameplay feel. Well anyway, I can't wait to get it!

The movie was great, (I only wish the did a decent job for the games). With no  robot into vehicle transformation, (other than a stupid cut seen), means it is NOT a Transformers game! It's just a "cheep knock off wanna be" with Peter Cullen doing Optimus Prime's voice.  To say it rates a "1" would STILL be ab over statement.

Now to see if the Wii U can do as well when it's time for it to have it's turn on the center stage as Nintendo's main console.

I can deal with the lag time, (although it would be great if it was taken care of). But I will still download it next time I log it online.

I have no doubt the smack talk will go up from this. It can also be a good way for someone to writhed their friend code down and pass it on to get even more friends too.

Sweet! Nothing like the original! I actually STILL have my original Gameboy AND Tetris game. It'll be great to have it on my Nintendo 3DS also.

480 hours of life off of ONE AAA battery is pretty good. At first I figured the circle pad would just run off of the 3DS's battery itself, (guess not). But anyway, I look forward to this attachment.

It is a great update no doubt. (But why can't they make an update that'll let you play ANY music file that you put on the card? I mean it'd be great if I was able to listen to say Rob Zombie or Ozzy while playing a game. But that's probably asking for too much. But COME ON!!! That would kick major ass if the 3DS could do that!)

(If anyone is interested), my friend code is 3351-4054-7089. This way we can race in Mario Kart 7 and play other games too. (May take me a day or two to approve ya but if I see a "friend request" I will most likely add ya. I don't have anyone on it right now so I figured this may get me a few people to add to it.)

How about one with specific conditions, like Mii only characters and/or specific karts? That could put an interesting twist on it.

This sounds cool. I already added the code to my game, (before I even read this article), so I'm good to go if I am available to play. It'd be great if it was a regular occurrence like it is hoped to be. (I would tend to think that it would be a once a month thing if it does.) But so far, (aside from a few drawbacks like not being able to set up races that aren't in the GP, unless it's unlocked later because I loved being able to do that), the game is great thus far. I'm glad I got it.

Super Circuit was NOT the sequel to SMK, MK64 was. But I never had MISCELLANEOUS but with the ambassador program I'll be able to download it for free when it becomes available for the VC for the 3DS.

I'm guessing, (although I can't imagine who doesn't this day in age), it'd be because they don't have internet, (yeah I know that probably sounds a little out there), but this way it will far increase Nintendo's chances of disturbing the updates to people. I'm just guessing here about this, (and maybe I'm wrong), but that's just my theory.

275
It'd be cool if you can have the option to use the outer 3DS cameras to make the characters look around. (But make it an option in case some people can't use it like that or don't like it. I know it's too late to suggest that and that it is most likely NOT set up like that. I'm just thinking it'd be a cool feature for the game.)
