Can I still use my Aussie-fied avatar, or do I need to get a new approved one?  I still have the one Mario fixed up for me at the ready and get go.

Harvest Moon for the GCN lets you have a pet that is different than a dog this time.  You can have a turtle for example.  I love turtles so I am gonna have me a turtle for my pet.  I think you can have other animals instead of a dog, but the turtle is the only one I can remember.  Did I mention I love turtles?

Is Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles more like a Mana game, than a Final Fantasy game?  Because everything I see about the game reminds me of just about any of the Mana games.  I'm not asking about mulitplayer either because I too never played Secret of Mana multiplayer and don't plan on playing FF:CC multiplayer either.

Exposed, Yes.  But Europe and Australia both are untapped and in Nintendo were to try they could get a lot out of those two areas.

As for the name.  I'm and almost positive the game will not be called Wind Waker 2, just for the fact that the sequel will not have a prominent use/display of wind like the last Zelda game did.  Already be done.  A sequel doesn't need to copy exactly or it will be too much of the same.  I expect the next Zelda game to have it's own distinct gameplay element that sets it apart from both all previous Zelda games, and other games in general.

How about where Link and Zelda are played both at the same time, sort of like how it was done in WW, but now on a much larger and grand scale, and also similar to the co-op play of Resident Evil 0?

Nintendo Gaming / RE: how do u use the action replay codes

You are so silly DrZ.

You need to get an Action Replay first.  You can find one I guess pretty much anywhere games are sold.

I always browse through the used games, well always at the EBGames.com, but unless the pirce of the game is very low I won't bother.  I mean to some $5 is a savings, but for that same $5 I could get the game new.  For me it's not even worth it.  But if it sells for $50 and I can get it for $29 or less then I will think about it.  I will only pay a high price for a used game if I can not find it new, or if it is the only place where I can find it, at the time.  Like spending $30+ for Shadow Hearts.  I love that game so much that even though I can find it for cheaper now I don't care.

Sometimes you just have to remind people how good you are.  Nintendo is finally getting the rewards for all their hard work.

I knew that too, but I had a moment of stupidity.  I wonder when or if Romero will ever do the rumored 4th Dead movie, Twilight of the Dead, or Twilight of the Living Dead.  There has been rumors on it for so long you'd think something would come of it by now.  He was going to do the first RE movie but was let go.

hmmm, I can remember when games here in the US cost that much, as early back as the N64 era.  I spent like $80 for Mortal Kombat Trilogy on N64.  And I didn't have a lot of money at the time either so then it was a big deal for me to spend that much on ONE game.

I know that the money exchange is different, but whenever I see ya'll say a game costs 49.95 or whatever I have to stop and remind myself that it's not the same 49.99 over here.  It might be I don't know.  I don't follow money exchange rates.  PSO is still selling for 49.99 here new.

I am strange, I saved all my conversations on MSN so I could probably find a whole bunch of interesting quotes and or misquotes.  I would have to edit of course some things, because well I have a dirty keyboard.  I try and tell it not to type bad words, but it just slaps me and does it anyway.

I saw that MGS: TT has a new date for like March 9, which they said was a few days earlier.  I don't know for sure when it really comes out, but I just hope that I like it a lot more than I liked MGS 2.

I have been tempted to get the Mario Golf/Tennis games, but I am not much on sports.  Would someone who dislikes sports games enjoy above two said titles?

« on: January 26, 2004, 05:04:42 PM »
I saw a trailer for it that was on the Once upon a time in Mexico or whatever it was called, the Bandares movie.  It looked like a commercial, my brother was getting pissed because there was a commercial on a DVD, but as soon as I heard Umbrella I told him to stop trying to fast forward through it because it was about Resident Evil.  I'm gonna have to get the DVD the trailer is on and watch it again because it was pretty awesome.  You think it is a regular commercial for beauty preducts if you didn't know better.

Is dawn the second of the three?  The one with the mall?  If so I love that movie.  I didn't really care for the remake of Night that Romero did in the early 90's.  I have Day of the Dead on DVD, finally able to find it.  I haven't watched it yet.  I also love zombie movies, and just about any kind of horror movie.  I haven't seen 28 days later yet.  I will probably get it sooner or later.

I also love Return of the Living Dead, and Return of the Living Dead 3.  Though they are parodies of the Zombie movies, they are good.  the second one was just to stupid for me, it had a lame Michael Jackson spoof in it that was stupid.

Nintendo Gaming / RE: New Tales Game announced.
« on: January 26, 2004, 04:50:52 PM »
Just because they were just now announced doesn't mean that work just started on the games.  Remember the last two Castlevania games for the GBA were in developement pretty much at the same time.  SO my guess is that Namco has been working on the new Tales games for a while now and waited until the games had progressed some before making an announcement.

Why announce a game you haven't started working on yet?

[subtle]I can sell you some snowballs.  Even though it just snowed, my snowballs are better quality than what you can make yourself.  Only one $ can get you the best snowball possible.  You can make your own, the snow out there may be free, but you can't make a snowball as good as me.[/subtle]

With Nintedo doing the publishing of the GCN and GBA Tales games, I wonder if we have better odds of the games going out of Japan.  We are getting Symphonia so I hope we get Legendia too.

So many games comes out the first quarter of 2004, that you are correct.  I don't know what I am going to do, so many games yet so little time.  I will have to invent a stop time machine just so I can play each game to it's fullest.  Or if that doesn't work I could just play the lottery and claim to have lost my ticket.

General Chat / RE: strategy guides - do or don't?
« on: January 08, 2004, 02:40:47 AM »
I try and play games on my own, but if I am spending a half hour running around trying to do something and getting nowhere then I will look at a guide.  I like challenges, but I hate it when developers make tasks so vague that you have to be luck and run into what you need to get done, like most of Golden Sun 2.  While it was fun, the majority of the time you have no real idea of where to go, or what to do that you just wander around and hope you visit the place you need to be.
