- GameCube's dwindling sales force Nintendo to put a rush on getting Mario Sunshine out in Summer 2002, making a somewhat lackluster product.

::face palm:: SMS was FAR FAR from a lackluster product, maybe not as refined and tweaked as earlier Nintendo games but still a fantastic Mario game, and honestly STILL my favorite 3D Mario despite its flaws.
I like Sunshine too! The media/gaming/whoever the **** complains are so divided that I thought going the middle route would be ok!

It was the best world.  A sense of "No Fear, No Limits."  Very vertical and expansive, and flight/cannons allowed suitable interconnections to different regions of the stage.

Sunshine has nothing of this sort.
Not even FLUDDless missions?

Not enough fist for your enjoyment Pro?

Those were LINEAR and TOO FEW.  Traveling in your own made-up direction had no meaning.

It's that +1% health refill by standing still ability you find in Wrestlevanias.

I would honestly like hella-platforming.

Tough luck.  All you're getting are big flat empty hallways to endlessly perform the same mini-cutscene moves over and over.  The less you play, the more cinematickal, the more like Heavy Rain, the better the gamer press score.

I don't think the Chozo ever supplied the Power Suit with a keyboard.

What kind of powerups will Other Mole imbue her with? Perhaps we'll finally get to use the CT visor, and hunt dangerous abdominal aortic aneurysms.

I was thinking "blue key card" and "email."

Or you could say Melee did a worse job of selling GameCubes.

IW won't make more CoD, that frees them up for 5 more SpongeBob titles to flesh out the Wii's 15-year plan.

That's better.  It's also a different situation than what I described before, as I assumed MegaByte was playing on a computer monitor (and your cable does a better conversion; shoot him a PM).  HDTVs I've come across handle VGA input differently than the components; they don't apply all the crazy scalers and filters on the VGA picture that otherwise blur-up the component picture; VGA was receiving bare minimum scaling.

Now if I could hookup my trusty aged 480p DVD player to my TV's VGA input, it would be nice, and I'd ask you to find me this magick cable.  But the industry isn't nice, and doesn't want to make things easy.  What IS easy is having a TV and grabbing component cables for $5-$10.

Of course there is.  It's a crap conversion process with no winners.

Get a TV.

wait, i was responding to NWR Staff; you need to be specific.  you're playing games on your microwave, you say?
