Suicide Squad - 7.5/10
The hate for this movie is completely unjustified. I have read some really bad reviews for this movie, and it's blatantly obvious that it's just people trying to pile on the bandwagon and say that hated it even more that the last person, and it's just bullshit. It's a comic book movie about a team of villains who have to save the world from one of their own. It's the best DC movie since the Dark Knight Trilogy. I went into it expecting to hate it, and especially expecting to hate Joker, but I came out of it really liking it, and really liking Joker. Some of the villains are pretty boring (Boomerang), and some are under-utilized (Killer Croc), but some were used really well and actually developed - Deadshot, Harley Quinn, Enchantress, Diablo, even Joker to an extent. For being a movie that tells the origins of a handful of villains, makes them form a team, and has the team win the day, all within two hours, it gets the job done pretty nicely. It's certainly no worse than Avengers Age of Ultron, and there's a reason for the huge difference between the IMDB rating and the Rotten Tomato rating.
