Ahahahaha. The songs from the Vib Ribbon game never really had actual names, so one has become AiAi!
We posted about 5 seconds apart! Yay! Ye got thy FF:TA! Do you know how much your brother paid for it? Starting Saturday in Kmart, it'll be $55.

I'm pretty interested in SSX3's upgrade to the whole friend/enemy thing that Tricky had going, too. If you kept knocking someone down, they eventually began to hate you, and go out of their way to make your life hell. They'd diss you before the race and so on. While your friends would sometimes go out of their way to knock down your enemies in the race (Never really worked.... DAMN YOU, KAORI!)
A small little novelty feature, but it was pretty cool.

Why do you even come here and make threads if you can't handle the fact that not everybody shares your EXACT biased opinions?

Yes, lets all replace 'S' with '$' to be cool little kids, then we'll all agree that the PSP is 'stoopid' because Sony is taking an idea that wasn't even Nintendo's and making it better, TOP STUFF. I LOVE THIS THREAD.
Sony had the whole connectivity thing going with the PSone long before Nintendo shoved it in our face with the GameBoy Advance/GameCube.

As for your 'Sony let anybody make rubbish for PlayStation, think back to Atari...'
RUBBISH. Ever heard of a little invention known as the Nintendo Entertainment System? Nintendo let any idiot make games for them as long as they had the money. What's more insulting is the Seal of Approval. Yes, Home Alone lives up to Nintendo's quality standards! CLAP CLAP. LETS ALL GO BOW DOWN TO OUR NINTENDO SHRINES. THEN WE'LL MAKE SOME MORE IDIOTIC THREADS IN THE SAD ATTEMPT OF GETTING PEOPLE TO DISS THE CONSOLE WE DON'T LIKE!

Right clicking threads and opening them up in a new windows always seems to speed things up for me. Wish you could do the same when it comes to replying....

YOU PLAYED THE DEMO DIC, MARIO? HOLY MOLY! I still can't find it anywhere in my wonderful hobo town. Erm *Has nothing of any real intrest to spew forth*

Oh yeah, I like... Totally got EB's new catalogue today, a massive THREE pages for GameCube! Out of ... 60 or so. They focus on Splinter Cell, basically. Tiny TINY quarter of the page showcases F-Zero GX, Pikmin 2, SCII, Mario Kart: DD and 1080...
Also, according to it, there are now a WHOPPING TWO new games for the very sad Player's Choice range. Star Fox Adventures and Mario Sunshine. I may pick up SFA one day.

Bomerman Generations is annoying me to the max. STUPID PINK GIRLY BOMER BOSS WITH THE LASERS AND THE ANNOYING VOICE OVER AND THE STUFF! *Sheds a tear*

I need to go to Queensland just to annoy you.

"Yeah.... I'd.... Like.... A roll of toilet paper"
'We don't serve that here'
"Fine, make it a box of tissues"
'No'
"Can I have some meat, then?"
'What kind of meat?'
"From an animal"

*Starts rolling around on floor*

... *Has no job*
Awwww. I need teh money stuff.

Well, okay. I can understand your second point. I mean, if the games don't interest you, that's it. But I don't really understand the whole "It's by Sony. F**k it". Lets say the PS3 has the most games that interest YOU in the next generation, would you ignore the chance to play them simply because the console is made by Sony?

I had an Xbox for a very short amount of time. I sold it and got money for upcoming GameCube games. I really didn't enjoy Halo. AT ALL. I thought I would, everybody told me I would. NO. Only thing I enjoyed in the game was its fantastic soundtrack. Also, apart from JSRF (which also came with the system) there was NOTHING AT ALL that appealed to me at the time.

While I wouldn't mind one now (There's a few games its now spewed forth that I'd really like to play), I simply cannot afford it. The GameCube scene is about to explode here, with a HEAP of games I'll NEED. The PS2 is still putting along nicely, too. Plenty of games I'll be wanting for ol' faithful (The great majority of them, RPGs).

Agreed. This will forever remain one of my favorite Nintendo 64 games ever, even though I never could beat it.
Great article, though. Personally, I am a little confused by Rare at the moment. I would of thought they'd be trying to push some of their more mature themed ideas on Xbox (As in darker storylines and so on). Do they not know the target audience of Xbox is "cool" people? The people who love to diss GameCube due to its cartoon themed games?

Will Rare's new kiddy look Perfect Dark sell on Xbox?

Yeppo, SSX3 looks bloody amazing. I think it gets the edge on 1080 in regards to release dates, but I have a feeling 1080 will sell better on GameCube.

Both are amazing looking games. Both games are set on huge mountains, this time, too. SSX3 will give you the chance to board down the ENTIRE mountain side in a freerun type mode, which will take over half an hour of solid snowboarding. Nice.

I've got the classic Big Blue MP3 from GX... Now all I need is the game to be released here. ;___;

Seriously though, GX has some of the best damn music I've heard in ages. We've come a long way from the MIDI style wailing gutairs featured in the original F-Zero.

Speaking of schools.... Me thinks all the high school teachers go on strike today because they're greedy sh*ts and are demanding a 25% pay rise. Like they did last year, and the year before. Pah, they should give me a teaching job. I'd be happy with 25 cents.

"Sir, you're meant to be teaching us how to program in Visual Basics!"
'Shutup, kid! Help me take these computers to my car!'
"Isn't that stealing?"
'Stealing? No, it's TAKING. Don't they teach you anything here?'
"I dunno, you're our teacher!"
'GET YOUR ARSE TO THE FRONT OFFICE!'

See? I'd make a WONDERFUL teacher!

I use Paintshop Pro 7 or something... Dunno, downloaded it off Kazaa ages ago.
I save all my avatars as GIF files in there. JPEGs usually result in blurry, grainy looking stuff thingy. PSP has also got some fancy sharpen feature, that makes stuff look clearer.

Go Banana! Um... I mean... Erm... "I HAT YUO S_u-PE-R!"
Can you steal me a roll of tickets? I did that once at TimeZone. A bunch of us were um, not attending school and we had nothing to do, so TimeZone seemed like a 'cool' place to go at 9:00 AM. There was nobody there, and all the attendents were down the front talking about stuff. MAYBE PIE.

Annnnnnnnyway, like, you know those bowling type games? You throw a stupid plastic ball, and it 'knocks over' the plastic pins that are on strings that smell like vomit. The door was open where the tickets are stored, and we made off with the entire roll. It was pretty cool. I ended up getting some silly little mini pool game, and other junky stuff.
