It's just sitting there. What do you think it contains? Nutmeg? I hope it's nutmeg. Might be a bomb though. A nutmeg bomb.

The most amusing part is EA sticking to the $100 price (which is still massive rape but hey). These are the guys that recently decided to start charging $80 for GBA and DS games. Eighty.

I can't find the initial thread (PGC's search is borked forever), but I'll never forget the day a gigantic amount of DS games were announced, one being Mario 3 on 3 (although I don't think it even had a name then). Ian came RUMBLING ON IN on his goon mobile and had a huge spaz that the game DARED to use the touch screen. A game using the touch screen on the Nintendo DS? This will ruin Nintendo! It was possibly the funniest thing I'd ever seen anyone whinge about. Here's a thread about twenty or so new games, several being the TRADITIONAL/HARDCORE stuff Ian lusts for (but only when it suits his crying), but heeeeey A TOUCH SCREEN MARIO GAME DEAR GOD NO OTHER GAMES WERE ANNOUNCED TODAY ONLY THIS ONE GET OUT OF THE WAY.

They list Popeye under the Virtual Console. Don't tease like that, Mr. Website.

Build a time machine and go back to when you were about to purchase it and stop yourself before disaster strikes.

Oh cool another lazy turn based garbage fest with no actual gameplay at all. Nintendo's really showing just how innovative the Wii can be! :]

I'm forced to buy a new TV very soon, maybe even this weekend. My old one doesn't play NTSC stuff anymore. Know what I'm gonna replace it with? Hopefully the same bloody thing, 51cm, stereo sound, one AV input will do. You know what I think about your fancy televisions? HUH? HUH? It's a secret.

Clubhouse Games sure as hell beats the Euro name, 42 All-Time Classics. That sounds like old folks music, 2 disc set.

The customer was stingy and did not want to preorder the zelda with link as a righty.

I hope someone stood on his glasses and threw his pocket calculator into a toilet.

I'm keeping mine for the Gas Boy Player, the Freeloader (I bet using that on Wii will cause an implosion) and the fact that I'd get around three cents for it anyway.

Everytime I go to post a link I use the [url] tags only to remember this forum uses 1980's neon coloured t-shirts that change when wet technology and needs some magical other dead ninja language. Then I'm all "oh God oh God I hope nobody notices this!" as I furiously mash the Edit button while crying and piling tubs of ice cream into my gob. YOU CAN ONLY POST ONCE EVERY MINUTE, it taunts, dragging one minute into several hours. "But I just want to edit, not post again!" then PGC smiles and spews biscuit crumbs everywhere, "AH HAW HAW HAW!"

Then along come the smiley adverts, "OH MY GOD, NO WAAAAY"
Smilies! They're free!

Oh Ian. One minute GameCube is a failure and it's been dead for years, next minute it's so popular it'll outsell the Wii version. Give up with the endless flip flopping, mate.

The most competitive (and most bizarre) mode is called Steal the Head. It doesn't matter who gets to the bottom first, but similar to king of the hill modes in shooters, the person who keeps the head longest throughout the race wins. What is the head you ask? Well, it's your character's head, actually. You see, in this mode, when your characters jump off the starting line, all of their heads fall off except for the player in the lead. The rest of you are controlling headless skaters, trying to catch up to him, and "steal the head". So you're trying to get ahead to get a head. Get it? Then you want to hang on to the head as long as possible so that even if the others pass you at the end, you'll still win because you've had the head longer than anyone else.

I think this is possibly the greatest thing I have ever read. I was interested in this game from the start (because it'll be a better SSX clone than the next SSX will likely be), but now it's a must buy.
