Oh my God!  Carnival King! This sounds like an arcade game that my wife and I have probably blown $100+ in - every time we see it, we easily sink $10 into it.  Haven't seen it in awhile.

Basically, it's a target shooting/light gun game.  Tons of fun, if you want something, say, like Duck Hunt, only more with a faster pace.

Going to get this as soon as I get home.

It looks like fun game to play with nyko perfect shot. i might pick it up

you got to give nintendo in being timely with halloween and zombies ate my neighbors. They typically aren't timely or smart in that way.

i was hoping worldwide release of Castlevania Rebirth but that's ok. It would have been very cool if Today   ( Halloween) they release Castlevania Rebirth.

By the way, where is Excitebike 64 for Virtual Console?

That would be epic if Nintendo released that on VC alongside this that Monday.

Pale I agree with everyone you said, and you made some excellent pints.

That being said do older japanese population have larger sums of disposable income?

Maybe i'm looking at it in the eyes of an American, but upgrading technology and old people are not known for being one and the same.

The bigger screens would be nicer, but why would they burn money upgrading when the unit they might already have that currently works just fine.

Despite the shortage of animations in the character sprites, Circle looks wonderful. The sprites themselves were very detailed, and the backgrounds were wonderful. It was too dark, sure, but when you get that sucker up on the Game Boy Player it looks absolutely gorgeous.

Can we agree that this game looks significantly worse than an SNES or DS Castlevania game? One of my friends suggested that it looked a bit like a Genesis title. I agree with that.

I'll agree to that. It's a damn shame I really like the look of Castlevania IV and this should emulate that. Even for a Wiiware game it could look allot better.  Maybe it's early

« on: October 27, 2009, 12:36:55 AM »
why the hell didn't they do this with the DSi was originally released ??

ughhhhhhhh

i bet this is Japan Only or limited quantities. I much rather Nintendo WAIT and make the screens 4 inches for DS True successor. It's insane that less than a year another hardware update. WiiHD seems like it's coming late 2010 just watch

Great news. I loved the original Excitbike.

I wonder if Wiispeak or SD card AAC music support ??

I would also love 4 player on one TV vs. 4 player online. Sort of like how Mario Kart combined online and local multiplayer.

Well now that voting is over I'm sad to see my choice didn't win. I voted that way to hear the interesting discussions that would follow, I'm not sure if shinning force will be a great listen. RPG's are hard to really describe unless you played them.

i wonder if Nintendo used the gorgeous music they composed in Smash Brothers in this game. The Brawl version of underground, overground, and water themes are simply amazing works and it would be a shame to listen to midi's when Galaxy already set the standard for full orchestrated music in the game.

you gotta frame those puppies. I got some posters and since I move from dorm to mom's house some of them have ripped as I carefully take them off the wall. The tape attaches to well to the poster and can look ugly. Also since these posters will be hard to find it will in your best interest to take care of them.

I still got a Zelda 00T poster from Funcoland  ;D

i am lazy and don't want to go through all the pages.

does this game have the same controls as the DS game ?

the ds game felt more floaty than before. I got used to it, but I still prefer how Mario handled before .

anyone know what i'm talking about.

comix zone FTW !!

i have it and never beat the damn game. It gets so fucken hard, even with invincibility I couldn't beat it. Stupid game would glitch up. It's a very cool concept but it's very tedious obscure puzzles.

Is it like a belt strap or Velcro ?? or neither ? when did you get the email from nintendo it shipped to you?

So what does that mean for those of us who are just getting a download code for the Punch-Out mini-game?  Are they sending use a postcard or something?  (I got the same e-mail BTW)

my guess is that nintendo will send everyone cards in the mail. like nintendo cards that have a unique pin code you need to scratch off and have some nice letter package.

They could send just an email with the code, but that wouldn't be so personal

Could Nintendo be aiming to achieve the same quality of SMB3?

How many years and console generations did it take to get here again? ;)
I hate you.

I mean, you're wrong. Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Galaxy are every bit as good as Super Mario 3, if not better. The only reason people claim SMB3 is better is because of nostalgia.

Well, my Nostalgia Monster is a pretty strong beast. I can't overcome him sometimes. And he says that SMB3 > SM64 + Galaxy.

I love Galaxy, 64 is great for it's time but it doesn't hold up as well over time. Galaxy is such a brilliant design it will last allot longer than the other 3d games.

I would put Mario 3 and galaxy just right below it.

woot !!

i'm lazy.

any chance Nintendo will include the mario bros mini game that was found in all the advance games as unlock-able.

Playing this on a TV with 3 other friends would be fun. I did play this 2 player with a friend with GBA and had a blast.

having mini games from DS upconverted might be tons of fun too. Playing local multiplayer DS or GBA was such a rare treat and this would be a great addition to this game .

I didn't look if this was talked about before, i hope it wasn't
