So the new Iphone is now out.  Anyone upgrading to it or taking the initial plunge now?  I currently have the 16gig Edge model which still works great, but I'm tempted to move up, mainly for the speed.  It seems like the only features left I'd really want are buttons, as in some sort of psp slim type iteration for those that really want to play games on it.  But that will probably never happen, so may as well upgrade now and sell my current model to cover the cost.

One thing I have to say about the motion+ itself is its REALLY ugly outside of the jacket. It has random plastic parts sticking out so it stays in the jacket.

Sure doesn't look that slick.

It's interesting... I think I only missed ONE shot with the putter disc.  So the challenge is really getting within 20 yards as quickly as possible.

Nice.  Just like in the real thing.

Would you say the way you tilt the wiimote when you throw accurately reflects the curve you see in the flight of your disc?

What up WiiMonster!  I HIGHLY recommend Geometry Wars for Wii if you don't already have it.  You can probably grab it for around 10 bucks now.

Overall, I thought Billy did a great job with the E3 analysis on G4.  When the former host of Single Out would stumble as to what to say next, Billy was quick to deliver and well thought out statement on Nintendo and the industry at large.  For once, I felt as if I wasn't slowing getting dumber when watching G4.

Anyways, their silly "Best of E3" awards came on last night, and I couldn't help but think Billy had a hand in choosing what won for Best Wii Title, as most sites hardly touched this game.  Nice to see how much of an impact he's having already.

Hmm, I'm waiting before I buy this one.  Reviews are all over the place right now.  Eurogamer gave it a 5/10 and had this to say:

Grand Slam Tennis is an underwhelming representation of tennis, crippled by unintuitive controls, and just makes you want to go back to the precision of Top Spin or Virtua Tennis on a control pad. You can't blame Wii MotionPlus for this failure, because it's almost impossible to tell whether it's helping or hindering. What you can say is that Grand Slam Tennis isn't very good either way. Bring on Wii Sports Resort.

Hopefully, Tiger's reviews are more consistent.

I don't usually click on internet ads, but the new Tiger Woods ad is very creative.  I'd say it even tops the Warioland/Youtube ad awhile back.

Nintendo Power gave this a 9.0. That's good from them for how they have been with reviews recently.

Indeed.  And surprisingly, Grand Slam tennis only received a 7.5.  I'm definitely picking this one up.

No, the creator is a pretentious prick.  Don't give him a dime.  That money would be better spent on Geo Wars 2, TMNT Arcade, Pac Man CE, Banjo-Kazooie ,Portal: Still Alive , Castle Crashers , Bionic Commando: Rearmed , Ikaruga, Lumines Live, or even Duke Nukem 3D.

No, the guy who wrote that is a pretentious prick. Also the only game you listed that's better than Braid is Ikaruga.

Incorrect.  Geometry Wars 2 is the best game on the 360.  No contest.
