Mostly trying to stay warm this winter. I finally saved up enough for a hot tub but now need the electrician to come by and set up the electrical connection for it. I had one before I moved to Colorado and really got used to it. Can't wait to be in warm water again.

Hot tubs are so great.  Had one growing up at my grandparents house.  Also a pool there so at times I would go between the two when I was swimming.

I spent the last month and a half deep diving into retro gaming. Got a lot of nice pickups. Generally, I’ve done pretty well price-wise. I imagine most people would consider many to be overpays. I was comfortable with paying what I did

Rounded out the Neo Geo Pocket Color collection with Gals Fighters last night.

Apparently, homebrew patches to add D-pad support to Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks has been out for years so I’m eager to try those out.

What does your NGPC library look like?

So I figured this would be a good topic to just sit back and unwind about what everyone is up to and where everyone is in life.   Just catch up and relax and just enjoy everyone's company.

I guess I can start.

I am in the process of starting to move to Mesa once all the paperwork for the voucher goes through. Then I have to find a place for that voucher.   I got a few containers for some of my clothes today from Super Target and some of my DVDs and books.

Just do it. I create topics all the time on stuff. Sometimes they garner interest for a brief period and die, sometimes they go nowhere at all and a very select few end up sticking around for quite some time. I don't know how a thread will end up but I create them anyways to see what happens. That's how you get into the Top Ten of most threads created on this forum. 

Nike wants its tag line back. lol.

Seriously though I will make the thread tomorrow when I have some free time.

Can't get a damn reply in this thread to stick. 504 Gateway errors.

Happy with $25 for nearly 50 new tracks. Not paying Nintendo to hold them hostage via the online service, though.

Funny you should say that I made a post after that 123 post and basically gave me a 504 error but basically I am not really a fan of season passes for content.  Like tracks that should be already in there.  Maybe different characters is more reasonable if it is for a fighting game but there are certain things that mix better in different genres than others in terms of season passes and all the different models companies have these days.

This would be the first time I will play Earthbound.  I missed it on the SNES and I didn't have a Wii U.  So I am just waiting for the games to show up today.

Lol I had a look at my old topics and most of them were me hosting Mafia games or creating a game thread.  Only few I made were about me and what I was up to.  Two different topics about doom and gloom and another about the good happening in the world.   The other was somewhat self serving with the LGBTQIA topic that nobody but me talked in for the most part.


Maybe I can make a more general chill topic about what everyone is doing these days and just a nice place to converse without much direction with the topic.  Just check in each day and  give each other life advice.  Would anyone be okay with a topic like that?

I mean, this will make post #5 for me already so ain't nothing been "won" or decided yet. Absolutely anything. As I tried to make clear in the first two posts, anything posted whether a new topic, a small reply or a joke can count. The only thing that shouldn't be counted are Mafia or Safe Word game related posts as those are a timed and specific event and their purpose isn't really about fostering discussion outside of that game being played.

My "oh did I win?"  was a Princess Peach quote but I just wanted to have some fun with your post.
