I know, Buddy the podcast dog's passing was very sad. This first link is for BoomBlox
Anyone care to summarize the awesome news that came out of this today?
Print mags ughIt is better than nothing.
I wouldn't expect a ton of new announcements at this thing by any means, but Windy and Aaron will be there and I'm sure they'll come away with some Mario Kart and Wii Fit impressions at the very least.I await to be surprised.
Anyone who is still under the impression that Nintendo Power is all propaganda needs to read their Okami review. They actually say that you should play the original PS2 version instead of the Wii one because it's a great game but the Wii controls don't work as well as they should. To be more specific they say that the swipes in battle don't always register, you have to do slow swipes. They say there is no motion based fishing. After that they say that you can overcome these problems with practice...What they said is contradicting what they are saying!!! In other words this game should have got a 10. I am going to get this game despite there review.
One question, do you need to add a friend to your Wii's friend list in order to send stages and pics, or does the game's friend code cover both online gameplay and trading of pics and stages? You need to add both codes for stages, snapshots etc.
Since NP is no longer owned by Nintendo, this seems like it's more just for fun than to actually make things happen.I have played Mario world 2 and Castlevania 3 and I played FF 6 for the GBA all great choices. I would like to play Earthbound and SMRPG as well. As for my choices I would like:
Regardless, here's my top 5 (in no particular order).
1) Super Mario RPG
2) Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
3) Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse
4) Final Fantasy VI
5) Earthbound
With the exception of FF6, there's a good chance all of these will make it.
