Wow.....it's been a minute!

Got a new song to show you. It's vastly different from anything else I've shown you (even those I've shared with privately).

It's a spin-off of a song my friend and I are developing. Our song, a mix of blues, Spanish flamenco, and reggae is going to be a beast, but in the mean time, I decided to take a piece of that delicious pie and venture into a new direction. And voila! A song that honestly reminds of Outkast was born.

The trumpet solo needs work, but that's going to be scrapped once my friend tears it up on the sax!

As always, let me know what you think.

Ah ok. I'm am thinking how fast you are going from the perspective of Unclebob, i.e. on top of the ramp. If you were an outside observer, then yes, you would indeed be going 149 mph.

No the car on the bottom does not add to the speed. The car has nothing to do with your speed.

That's like saying that stacking 10 cars that are moving the same speed will make the top car 10x faster. It makes no sense.

Yes, but in this case, we do not have to deal with any incline or decline, since only the speed was given. However, if we were give more facts, you'd have to find the real speed at which the car moves up, over and back down.

In this case, it is more like a car is parked and next to it is a strip of 50 mph treadmill the length of the car. Any speed from another car that reaches the treadmill will simply be added to the 50 mph.

Then yes, you would indeed be going faster than 50 mph once you hit the treadmill. It would be as if you stepped on to a treadmill at the airport. Your speed would increase by 50 mph, i.e. a 100 mph if you kept the same speed. Again the car below you going 49 mph does not add to your own speed.

So then you'd have to go in reverse to stay on it? Well if it's velocity you want for the car on top, it's negative 50 mph. If it's both, it's still positive 49 mph.

If the treadmill itself is moving 50 mph, it doesn't matter what surface it's on, you would only have to go 50 mph to stay on top of it. The fact that the car is also moving is irrelevant to your question. It's all relative and your speed on treadmill isn't relative to the speed the car. And if you wanted to know what the speed both you and the car are going, well you're on top of the car, so 49 mph.

For instance, we are on flying at damn near a thousand mph simply being on Earth, it doesn't mean I am actually going a thousand mph, though to Mars it would appear so.

Yeah...I signed up for it and if I get it, I'm calling Daniel Tosh to pay me to make a video destroying it.

Yes, Shyguy, it's a bit tricky. Setting traps, waiting and stalking, camouflaged from head to toe. Hours and hours of sitting, unable to go to the bathroom, unable to rest, unable to think. It gets to the brink of unbearable when you see it. That blue furred purple dotted bastard. Timid at first, it gains confidence in its surroundings, becoming comfortable...dangerously comfortable. It smells your bait. You ready your grip on your rifle. A little closer...just a little bit...That's when you see it. Another monster...a baby monster. Your bones ache as you wrestle with your conscience. Your jaw clenches, your wrist tenses, your eyes sweat...*BAM* Birds flee into the air. Without a thought, you rush out to see what you've done. In the clearing it lies, blood pooling by its neck. A perfect shot.  You examine your work. "But where's the baby?" A tap on your back knee, yellow eyes staring at yours. Its fur is soft, warm.

I guess murdering in cold blood can feel quite warm.

Monster Hunter looks cool, but it simply doesn't interest me. Just never liked the japanese twist of giant swords and ridiculous armor.

I'm actually fine when Sony does that, because they tend to improve on things in a great way.

I don't even believe Zelda will look as good as it did last E3. I wouldn't want it to either. Bad art style.

I found this image on the most offensive site I have ever seen. Thank you, Google. It's called chimpout and i think it's run by the kkk. Their convos are hilarious and it got me thinking...who wants to troll this site with me?

PS4

Wii U

Durango/Xbox 720....

Names suck these days.

Honestly, they've kind of always sucked. Revolution was at least a badass code name.

You are obviously forgetting about the Dreamcast, Sega Genesis, and the fiscally deplorable Jaguar.

Booyah. One of my most anticipated games - now coming to Wii U. I just hope we get the version that's using the better assets (PC/PS4 version.. compared to the PS3/360 version.)

I'll bet we're getting the PS360 version, which to me doesn't mean much.  Better than not getting it but if I'm going to buy a new system for Watch Dogs, why would I get a Wii U if I could play a comparable version on the PS3 I already own?  The Wii U has to get the PC/PS4 version or it's last gen.  That would be the best test.

Nice to see Ubisoft not totally turn on the Wii U though after that whole Rayman thing.

Considering that NFS:MW is using the PC build for Wii U. the test has already been passed.

when were game devs ever considered cool?

That's not what I meant. They are always trying to make something cool, like an alchemist trying to make gold. But most of them just have boners for dragons, super human abilities, and guns. Cool isn't power, cool is interesting. They don't understand that.

Even if I was just hung on super human abilities, I would go a complete opposite direction

SPAK: You gave me an idea. I bet you could use the track pad to control the in game camera. That could potentially be interesting.

Assassin's Creed only gets good when it stops holding your hand, which is unfortunately half way through the game. But at least during that first half, you get ship battles.

Once it lets go, it really is fun to figure out how to kill your target; whether that means killing everyone and everything in your path with well executed timing or killing the fewest amount of people with excellent timing and cunning.

I'd say get it if you liked the other games.

Haven't played multiplayer but it looks interesting.

My review.

What I did like:

The fact that you can share anything at anytime. I can see myself using that a lot in racing and fighting games.

It's a beast of a machine, making it yet another affordable (in time) super entertainment computer (especially when hacked).

The Move. It'll be interesting to see how it actually works, but creating sculptures and ceramics has always interested me. I have a sneaking suspicion that it won't work well though.

What I don't like:

The controller. Just because I'm use to it doesn't make it good. Make it bigger and more comfortable to hold. And the touch pad just seems useless. I don't have a vita but the only original game I saw was one that used the touch pad to literally plunge your finger into the game. But the PS4 controller has it's touch pad in the front, so that game isn't even possible. I guess if you wanted to scroll through a web page or something.

How almost every game shown either dwelled in realism or magic or both. Seriously, I know your a game designer but how fucking nerdy can you get? Cool doesn't mean power, cool means interesting. And the most interesting new game they showed was Knack. I hope that turns out well.

The new engine talk. Just sounds like dick comparisons.

And lastly, how no new game types were shown. Nothing that was shown off couldn't have been done on the PS3. Absolutely nothing. That's just....just weak.

The only real-time footage was a face.

Oh and Killzone and the myst and watchdogs. And watch dogs looked the most fun.

Graphics fail.
