The video is great, I feel like all the games together are like gateway games to Animal Crossing and Nintendo Land. Especially Nintendo Land. Out of all of them I want the shooter the most, it has a kind of a Wonderful 101 functionality that can get with. I downloaded the update but cannot figure out how to back up any data but I would rather have the games... I hope it isn't a long wait.

Do you know if we have one another added?

I have you added, but you have not added me back.

Are there more games with this functionality? Why isn't this standard? At least for first party titles.

There is a Facebook Photo app for the DSi that was never brought over to the 3DS.

I'm doing something similar in my town, but with music artists. I'm making Hip Hop patterns, but I just may do other genres that I like. I only have a Wu-Tang Clan logo displayed, but I am working on a J Dilla one. if I could set up a nice grid design on my computer I would consider doing album covers for tiles.  I'm also considering doing some cartoon designs like the Thundercats logo and possibly the plug suits from Evangelion for example.

This is cool stuff but you need a Tumblr or a Twitter account to sign in. I don't have neither so I'll debate about making a Tumblr page even though I've already got a Flickr page set up with pics I've taken.

I was able to get the wet suit off the island and I've been swimming around catching new aquatic life. I tore up the Bug Off and there are severe thunderstorms passing through my town right now. There is construction going on downtown, it looks like I'll get theGardening Store tomorrow and I also switched my town to have later nights.

Speaking of apples, anyone have some I could plant in my town? They're the last fruit I need.

My apple tree just bore fruit you can come by and I believe I have some in the locker. You can come get them when you have time or I can bring them to you. Just hit me up in game or PM me and I'll open my town.

Edit: My town will be open for the majority of the night. I may be playing or not, but I will try to let visitors know. Retail is giving extra Bells for Lychee.

So Cyrus woke up in my game and literally threatened me. No joke- he was all "Stay away from my wife!" ... I think Tom Nook threatened his woman and he's been on a stressful binge where he can only sleep when she's working and he stays up all night getting messed up, wondering how he's gonna get himself out of that mess.

How are you guys posting prices for today? Turnips aren't priced on Sundays....

I have no idea what's going on in here. Are you guys selling drugs?

We are selling Turnips for Tom Nook to chop up, boil down and then inject into his nephews to keep them so wide eyed and cute. Don't knock the hustle, we got mortgages to pay off.

I have two bridges in town currently, a fountain in front of the town hall, and now I have a bench that is being built in what I am designated as a park. Tomorrow I'm going to build a third bridge connecting an upper peninsula to the bottom.

Where are you getting the money to get all that done?!?!

I just got the third expansion on my house, I have gotten a bunch of Street Pass and I've been to a lot of towns. I have hit a good stride in the game and all I'm waiting for are just more expansions and the particular item here and there.

I've been taking a lot of pics in the game and I've uploaded the good ones to my flickr page. I've added the link to my signature on the bottom so I don't have to post the link and spam the feed, but check it out if you like- maybe you'll see your villager!

I really need to get to your town. My turnip prices have gotten lower and lower every day; today they're selling for 18 bells.

I'm around if you still want to sell.

Sure Nook's the Mafia and his paws are deep in dark and dirty work, but so how far will he really get to go-  Will Nook become an assist trophy in the new Smash Bros or what?

With Animal Crossing and E3 happenings I totally forgot eShop Thursdays. It's funny, I was just thinking about Columns, I wouldn't mind revisiting that again.

I played on the island with three friends and it was the best time I had in Animal Crossing ever. The games are addictive and being able to do whatever you like on the beach is the perfect balance of fun. Also communication between Best Friends is completely uncensored.

I made a mistake in my perception about how the island works though: once you can go there everyone can play. What you have to pay for is Club Tortimer which lets you play with people all over the world and from what I've read there isn't much activity there.

Nookling Junction is selling the exact same set of tools again. I don't understand how this is helpful... unless I just start trading or selling it off. I set the process to upgrade the store so hopefully that will switch things up. Redd is in my town today too.

I thought since I can go to the island that we could all get together and play some games, but this game makes you work for every. single. thing. I can't believe, but I do. Geez. I also got my first Animal Crossing Street Pass- Huzzah!

Thanks for the visit yesterday, Fleece! It was fun! My peach trees are growing :) I just got cherries from another friend.

I've added all of the friend codes posted here.

Awesome to hear, I hope you get lots of fruit. Since I got to the island I have new fruit- bananas, lychee and cherries. One of my townies wants an apple if anyone can spare one.

I just got my first Animal Crossing Street Pass and I'm not sold on it yet, but I think this will work incredible for Pokemon X/Y.

This was posted on the NWR StreetPass NYC Facebook page and has better details about the Relay System:

"We are going to perform a system update that introduces a framework that uses these access points as StreetPass relay stations by this autumn.
This will involve taking a Nintendo 3DS system in Sleep Mode to an access point which will then connect automatically and send StreetPass data to a server. At the same time, the Nintendo 3DS system also receives the StreetPass data of another user from the server. In this setting, data is not exchanged directly, but rather through a StreetPass relay station. Hence, as opposed to, say, Person A and Person B directly exchanging game data, data will be transmitted in sequence from Person A to Person B, and then onto Person C and so on. "

To add some relief to everyone's want for Tools I have started a Free Pile of Tools by my town's station. I have nets, a fishing rod and a shovel. If anyone needs one you can just grab the one free of charge.
I unlocked the Island and Town Ordinances so I've got crazy bells to raise for  bunch of projects.

Thanks Pokepal for posting the info on fruit. I'm going to set that up and see how it works out.

Oh and my gf plays Style Savvy and she says that there is special DJ KK shirts in the game if anyone is playing that.

I don't know if that's true. Nintendo absolutely wants better suppory. I think they're still trying to figure out how to appease third parties without getting take advantage of or resorting to groveling.

Having their support only helps Nintendo and makes them more money.

Here's how I see it: Nintendo could have made the Wii U as powerful as any next gen system, but they decided not to because they always cite keeping production costs to a minimum. They always choose to do that and then do very creative things with the hardware limitations. Most companies seem to only angle their games with high end game engines to these power consoles and then belittle Nintendo when asked about their game running on their systems. Rockstar made a great DS game that everyone judged because of the graphics, but then Retro City Rampage can come and mop up on every major console??? That is no one's fault but Rockstar who decided to not develop anything for a Nintendo console. It's kind of petty because it makes me feel like a lot of developers are just in it for money and Nintendo is trying to add something cultural or artistic to the gaming communities. Could it change? Yup and I hope it does, but for now I'm happy owning two consoles.

At this point I really feel like Nintendo is Nintendo and everyone else is Third Party and that's it. I don't expect to play any other games on Nintendo platforms except their games- that's why I buy them and other systems. It feels like Nintendo doesn't really want to offer what other consoles are releasing. If a company wants to put their game on Wii U or 3DS then Nintendo will likely let them, but I think Nintendo is done trying to please people who want Third Party support.

Just some random thoughts from myself.

Mega Man! What a perfect addition. Nice to see Rush and various power-ups in the mix too.

Did anyone else get the sense that when Tom Nook picked up Villager's Smash invitation that he intended to follow him? Nook needs to get paid!

I am, however, still baffled by the existence of the 3DS version (I just don't understand why anyone would want to play that series on a tiny screen).

Smash Bros has never really been my cup of tea, but I enjoy the spectacle of it and am looking forward to future announcements.

I'm going to play the 3DS version because I always have my system with me and when I'm home I barely have time to dedicate to sitting down with a console and engaging it. I think all grown up gamers eventually go portable, but I've always been a handheld maniac. I liked the hand drawn sprites against realistic backgrounds. I hope the two versions have crazy interconnectivity features.
I'm crazy excited for the Villager, when the trailer started I thought "Animal Crossing trailer" and then saw the seal on the envelope. That made me real happy.

I have a feeling that Nintendo is going to drop a lot of details and reveals through out the day while E3 is going on, but really why didn't they show the new Zelda trailer? http://youtu.be/qAluniNRibs Their Youtube page is more exciting than this Direct event.
