Why doesn't this game have a real name yet?

Right now I'm replaying Metroid Prime 2. Hopefully this time I can finish it without a guide.

Nintendo Gaming / Re: Wii U to miss out on 15 EA Games
« on: May 09, 2013, 11:18:47 AM »
I think EA is just being a big baby and is not trying hard enough. If it works on 360/PS3 I can't imagine why it wouldn't work on Wii U. Ubisoft doesn't seem to mind.

Luigi's Mansion continues to amaze me every time I pick it up. That game has a level of polish and creativity that I rarely see in a game these days.

I doubt releasing the game on PS4/720 would be very "safe" either.

Like a rock!

Both Madden NFL 13 and FIFA Soccer 13 are on the eShop.

Lol, guess it just goes to show I should get a Wii U first, talk later.

I kind of doubt it will come to the eShop. If I recall, EA said something a while ago about being hesitant to bring their games to the eShop and they will probably just stick to physical copies for a while.

Nintendo Gaming / Star Fox Adventures on Wii U
« on: February 09, 2013, 08:21:55 PM »
So I had a dream. I think it was more of a vision. Like the Wind Waker remake, the next remake will be Star Fox Adventures on Wii U. Yeah! Great idea. Best dream ever. I hope this happens. Either that, or just put it on VC.

GameCube games please.

Yeah I just plan on getting some desktop speakers along with a headset.

Nintendo Gaming / Help/Question about Wii U audio
« on: November 30, 2012, 10:50:46 PM »
I plan on getting a Wii U sometime in the future and I am trying to figure out how to hook it up to my computer monitor. It has an HDMI, DVI, and VGA input but no RCA audio out, only a headphone jack. I plan on getting the PDP Afterglow headset for audio as well as some external speakers. For the headset I would like to get it hooked up directly to the Wii U audio because I would expect they wouldn't work as well coming from the headphone jack.

My main question is: can you have both the HDMI and original RCA Wii cables working from the system at the same time? If so, I would be able to run HDMI to my monitor and RCA audio to the headset. I would like to know if this works before getting a splitter or something.

Amnesia: The Dark Descent is the scariest game I've played.

That was the most horrifying laugh from James I have ever heard.

There were way more than 4 violent titles at E3

If this was announced at E3 I would explode with joy.

I think this sounds AWESOME!

It's too bad to hear that you have to leave. I really appreciate the years of hard work and sacrifice you put in to editing the show; it sounds like a daunting task. Good luck with whatever else you will be doing with those 700 freed up hours you now have in the week. I hope to hear you again if you have the chance ;)

I think Guillaume will do a good job though. I didn't notice a thing out of the ordinary with episode 289.

TalkBack / Re: StreetPass Experiments in Tokyo!
« on: May 01, 2012, 07:31:45 AM »
I have to say I do think there was one time I StreetPassed someone on the road. I got on a school bus and checked if I had any StreetPasses, and I had none. about 20 minutes later, I got a StreetPass out of nowhere. My only explanation was it was from another car. No one else on the bus had a 3DS. We were on the freeway so I would think a passing car or nearby car could get close enough for a long enough time to StreetPass.

This is great. The ability to download full games on my 3DS means less cards to carry around. That's one thing I like about iPhone games.

I don't mean to be rude, but this stuff is what Nintendo deserves for setting dumb rules.
