TalkBack / Re: StreetPass Premium Is A Solution Looking For A Problem

I admit to having buyer's remorse on the VIP.  At least the new games are kinda worth playing. But sometimes that OCD gets the better of me.........Puzzle Swap is my main enjoyment of it.  Reducing conversations will be good if you are trying to go a lot of relays. I have quite a few I can do in a short loop in town.

BTW, I ran into a Uncle Bob and wondered if it was the guy from this site.
More later.

Bman, they are downloads that play in Wii mode, so you are not to expect to use miiverse and such with it.

Of the retail games, i either dont want sports titles, or party games. And that leaves me with two games i already sold off a long time ago.   Though i have had an itch to replay AC:NL....

The ! mark made it less of a headache to go back and find missing bonus areas. Still had to resort to a FAQ to find them all the first time around.

The most dissapointing thing about last year was already owning what was offered through me or my brother.  Which left me with NES Remix was fun but was blown through so fast it didnt feel like a reward.  This year I am looking more to 3ds retail games over wii u due to memory left on the systems. Though if something trully awesome is offered for Wii U I could ax Pikmin 3 off the system.

I've beaten the game without spending any money on it. But you can tell certain regular stages were made to extort money out of the weak minded.  You have been warned.

I bought the ALBW one, and really enjoying it.  Kinda wish it didn't cost $2.  But compared to the other themes, it was worth it.

Nice to have completion times showing up, but wish they had broken down the puzzles into difficulties. More so that you didnt have to scroll through multiple screens of finished puzzles to get to the unfinished ones.

TalkBack / Re: New 3DS, It Can't Be Worse Than the Old 3DS
« on: September 02, 2014, 12:37:18 PM »
I've worn out my 3DS with love definitely.  R button doesn't function like it should, battery life is getting low, and the thumb pad is finally breaking on it.  Love the thing to death.  I was dissapointed when I had called about the R button to be told if there was a major issue I wouldnt get my original color back.....  wth?

The improvements sound good, but the new button looks cheap and the colors being offered don't excite me.

I wish Zelda had been with Link's set, not more Mario and Peach's.  I also wish more characters will get alt color treatment like yoshi and shy guy.  The mercedes have been fun to play as so far.

People aren't buying a lot of Wii Us, but they make an update for people who buy a second one to do a transfer?  Give me folders already.......

Why would I buy a Tetris game with less in it than Tetris Axis?  Did they fix the online so that people can actually connect with each other?

TalkBack / Re: Mega Man IV (Game Boy) Review

The bad thing is this reminds me of why there isnt colorization for the older games like in way of super gameboy enhancements, hell they even brought the color changing back in the gba to a degree, so just shameful the 3ds isn't doing it.......

I would love to have this game again. Not sure if I got all of the pictures in the original cart.  Getting the high medals in the high score thing will work on your nerves though.....

I really liked this game when I got it on Wii VC.  The mode 7 areas were a nice touch ands made certain boss fights memorable.  Money is best weapon in game but heaven forbid you run out and have to scrounge in the later levels for it.

I really enjoyed the first series, and always waited for the next round to start.  Want to see the new series and see how they resolved some things.  May give the new game a try.

It has a ton of secrets, but unlike the luigis' or stamps, the vast majority of them weren't worth the trouble to find.  I do like it more than the 3ds game.  Liked the train and tank parade levels.

TalkBack / Re: Edge Review
« on: November 29, 2013, 11:29:55 AM »
I really liked playing this game, but I do have to agree that the precision to hang onto walls to get to places is a bit annoying.  Mainly because you don't get to stay in a spot long enough to figure out how to hang on there.  For 2 bucks, it's still a steal.

TalkBack / Re: Pokémon X and Y Online Features Overview

I want someone to ask Game Freak directly why the hell they have removed online coop for the battle frontier like areas for the last few games.  W,B,W2,B2, and now XY.  Me and my online friends enjoyed going through the Battle Tower together and joking around and seeing how far we could go in the Gen 4 games.

Battle Subway had everything but the online coop.  You could do it with random people or local friends, but not people you have online and are actual friends.  With all of the improvements and added functions why do they keep forgetting this? NWR GET THEM!!!!!!
