Nintendo Gaming / anyone else get screwed by pre-ordering zelda EARLY?

i pre ordered zelda at toys r us jan 31. i went in on the 18th to pick up my bonus disk, but they didnt have any. 2 days later i go back, and they sold their entire shipment sunday.... that means no bonus disk for me.... anyone else have that problem?
