There were some guys that came to see me.  They wanted my cards and were menacingly pointing their empty hands at me as if they had guns.

I've always thought they needed to incorporate that element into the Yu-Gi-Oh videogames.

BTW, the show is more watchable if you think "fate" or "destiny" or "the cards are vessels for the reincarnated souls of your former servants, and 'will' their way to the top of your deck when you need them" whenever someone says that hokey "heart of the cards" stuff.

If I were a generic anime character in the world of Yu-Gi-Oh, I'd use those cards to get Coke from a Coke machine.
"USE SITTING STILL ATTACK, MAGIC JERK FACE MONSTER CARD"

Skip a scene and then there would be dancing.

I've played a few tarding card games, and from watching Yu-Gi-Oh, I can tell it is by far the worst there is. Worse than Pokemon, even. Even if cards like 'draw 3 cards for nothing' didn't exist ones like 'kill all creatures for nothing' would completely unbalance it anyway. Trading Card Games should be like an evolving game of chess, not D&D with a crappy dungeon master.

Your puny cards are no match for me!  Win or lose I'll just pull my gun out from under my jacket and blow your face off because I'm a real villian who doesn't play by the rules of some sissy game!  This method works quite well in Pokemon battles as well.  MU HOO HA HA!

I got all four from the theatres.  I had my family of 5 say they're were going to see Yu-Gi-Oh and I got 5 cards.  2 of them were had copies so I traded one of them with some other kids just to get the last one.
