In Super smash bros. they were dolls that came to life and fought each other. What happened to the "dolls" in SSB in SSBM? Are they now beating each other up for real?

According to the opening, they are trophies brought to life by high voltage not unlike frankenstein's monster.

They are supernatural beings living in a realm between good & evil. They are in the centre of the universe and has the power to destroy everything. They must fufill their destinies otherwise the universe will ultimately be destroyed.....

This must be the weakest topic I've ever seen. Dasmos I've noticed that your Australian, so you should get yourself down to the nearest ABC centre and buy a copy of teh DOuble the Fist DVD, it will change your life, you need this DVD to help you rethink your existence and maybe some of this WEAKNESS will end.

TOTALLY GUYS THIS IS A SERIOUS PLOT THEY TOOK YEARS TO DETERMINE HOW MERIO AND SAMUS WOULD BE ABLE TO FIGHT EACH OTHER.
Look. It's fan service and there is no story.

You get the true Super Smash Brothers story once you unlock Sonic and Tails. It's a 90 minute video, on DVD. Shiggy hand crafts each disc with his ears.
