Considering that Paperboy is already available as part of Midway Arcade Treasures to me it seems like an unnecessary inclusion. But then that's not a portable version and being readily available in cheaper methods didn't stop most of the original lineup from being released.
I voted for Contra and Super C but this is certainly not the way I would want them to be released. I want to see a Contra collection with Contra, Super C, Operation C, Contra 3 and Contra Hard Corps all in one package. Naturally I would want them perfectly emulated and in the case of the first two games both the NES and arcade versions would be included. That's how all retro games should be re-released.
Realistically though this poll probably doesn't matter since a second wave of these titles has come out in Japan and NOA will likely just use those games.

Though I dont think the 3rd NES TMNT game was on arcades...the 1st one would be nice to have.
Disney should have Capcom put all the Disney games on the classic series. Like both Chip n' Dale games, both Duck Tales games, Tale Spin and what not.
Maybe the Japanese version of Super Mario Bros. 2 Yes, it is on SMBDX, but its not with its regular graphics,and apparently, there were levels removed from the GBC version. So it WOULD make sense to put it on the series.
All the Rare games should be put on the series, unless theres arcade versions or if Rare is doing remakes of Snake, Rattle & Roll, Battletoads etc.

I have the same exact thoughts about Contra.
About the 2nd comment, maybe they're thinking about more waves of the nes classic series and they're polling other territories including their own so they release games that are targeted better for america? Infact it would help bolster the gba lineup until it's life is over by releasing many waves of classic series be it nes or snes or other companies in colloboration like namco, when they're going to have to worry about supporting the ds, the gc's final years, and the launch games for the revolution.

Actually, I think the SNES has the most Kirby games of any console: Kirby Super Star, Kirby's Avalanche, Kirby's Dream Course, Kirby's Dreamland 3, and Kirby's Ghost Trap. However, I believe only Kirby Super Star and Kirby's Dream Land 3 were traditional Kirby games.
