Title: Gamecube VGA Cable (MOD) Question

Hello All, This is directed to the one who reviewed this product or anyone who owns it.
The cable i ordered from AheadGames came in the mail the other day and I i noticed it had a 15 pin vga male connector on the end. My monitor's connector is also 15pin and male. So I need to buy a 15pin female gender changer, correct?
The review says a male gender changer is needed. That is why I am confused.
