Title: Who else thinks that Odama sounds like a cool game?
Post by: anubis6789 on May 15, 2004, 12:27:36 PM: I just think the concept of a RTS/Pinball game is a real original concept full of potential. From what I have heard it is being made by the guys who did Seaman, which means it will probably be full of wierdness. Sounds like my type of game. The only problem I have with it is that it might not come out in NA.

I couldn't beat it either, when I tried it. The ladder guys get swept away too quickly when they reached the top. It also seemed like the enemy army was spawning too quickly.

It's being made by Yoot Saito. I'm not entirely sure what all he's done, but I do know that he made Yoot's Tower.

I do agree on it being very original. Probably the most original idea I saw on the showfloor.

Its just damned odd... the ancient Japan period with the illogical addition reminds me a little of a game I had for the Sega CD... it was also set in Warring States Japan and was a shooter game where you played a giant mecha.
