Title: Problems with my game disc

I own sonic adventure dx and im having problems with the disc ' some of the sound is skipping and i dont know what it is

but if the disc is screwing up is their a way where i can save all the levels i completed to a copy of sonic adventure dx so that i wont half to start all over again

Since the save is on the memory card you can replace it with any disc and as long as you use the same memory card your save will remain intact.

Yeah, the saves aren't stored on the disc...

I thought GC mini-disc were re-writable media?
